Janice and team did a great job. They paid close attention to detail and my house looks great!

We have been using Cleaning authority for over a year once a month and are very pleased. I love how from time to time the managers will personally come to check on us and if we are happy with services. Team #7 with Maria is outstanding as they always do thier due diligence to take care of our home. I highly recommend Cleaning Authority as I feel it is worth the cost with their great customer service to always make sure we are happy.

Team 4, Tracy, Katie and Jayson do an excellent job on cleaning my house. Each room is cleaned the way I used to. As a senior I feel I get great value for my money. I would recommend Cleaning Authority to anyone that likes a clean house but not able to do it themselves including changing the bedding!

I want to give special "shout out" to Team #12 - Maura, Maria and Karina!! They arrived on time, were thorough, and professional. They help Cleaning Authority maintain a great reputation and keep me asking them for more! Thank you ladies for your hard work!

We just started using The Cleaning Authority and couldn't be happier! Their cleaning process is great and I feel like each room in the house gets a thorough clean. I have to shout out Team 10 (Tracy & Kristian) for their amazing work during our most recent clean! They were very thorough and thoughtful of the work they were doing. We appreciated it so much!

UPDATE: I did want to back and update my previous review. I had a great experience for a few months when I had a consistent crew. Then, we started having a different crew each cleaning and the service went downhill. You receive texts asking how the service is and I would rate as mediocre or low, but no one ever followed up. They just instruct you to call to provide feedback. I ended up canceling my service, and haven’t heard from anyone since to get my feedback. The owner was nice, but I wish someone would have reached out to address my concerns. I have since moved on to another company.

My experience with the Cleaning Authority has been nothing but pleasant so far. When I submitted an online request for information, the owner contacted me promptly to set up an in-home estimate. I decided to go with the monthly plan for now. My two cleaners just left and I must say, I’m pleasantly surprised. It feels great to be able to sit back and relax in my immaculate home. Looking forward to the next cleaning!

Have been using Cleaning Authority - Humble for years and have always been satisfied. Especially happy with Team 10 who were able to deal with my dog without any problems even when I'm not there….updating in Oct. 2025. Still very happy with their work, Team 4 did a great job today.

Had my first cleaning today with Tracy and Kathey. It was a great experience. They did and amazing job cleaning things I normally don't clean myself. I didn't realize how clean some things could be, until they did it. Very through job in the kitchen and bathrooms. Left everything sparkling and fresh looking. I'm looking forward to my second round of deep cleaning. I highly recommend this service.

Team 5, Kathy & Chanci, cleaned our home today and did an outstanding job! The grout on tile floor, looked so much better, the window seals were wiped down, not to mention a host of other general cleaning. These ladies were very thorough and efficient and friendly, too! Feels so good to come to a clean home! Thank you ladies for such a wonderful job!

I am not much of a housekeeper, so for me this service is awesome. I looked around after they left (this was their initial cleaning), and I saw nothing that concerns me. Kitchen appliances are wiped down, water spots on the glass shower enclosure are gone, all floors are vacuumed and mopped, etc, etc. They seemed conscientious and thorough. I will definitely keep this service active.

We had our home cleaned today by Tracy and Kathey with Team 10. They did a great job cleaning our home and they were amazing with our 3 dogs. Even with having 3 curious dogs checking on them they did a great thorough cleaning. We look forward to having this team come again!

I am extremely happy at the way my two story house has been cleaned to my satisfaction. Even though it was a new team (#2), the two young ladies were very friendly, respectful and professional. But most of all, they did an amazing job. I would like to keep this particular team if possible.

Please keep this team (Elizabeth & Criston) with us from now on. They were very professional, thorough and answered all our questions. They have been the BEST TEAM since we have started our service.

I have had the same housekeeper for 15+ years and she unfortunately does not clean houses anymore. I tried this service and the first clean was amazing! The second clean was terrible (it was a different team) they also threw out the contents of a decorative box under my desk (not on the floor) that had all of my receipts for my taxes for 2024 mistook it for trash instead of the trash can sitting beside my desk with actual trash in it. The owner apologized and they out another team to do what was missed. The third clean was ok not great. I was desperate to have the help I hoped that it would get better. On the fourth clean I was not home all of the other cleans I was there. While I was out my ring doorbell let me know when they arrived and when they left. The 2 women were there for 1 hour door to door. My home is 3500 square feet, they were to clean the downstairs only on this clean. I knew there was no way that they could have done what was promised in that amount of time. Needless to say after I checked the house, I was not happy with the quality of the clean the things on the list were obviously not touched. I happen to have one camera in my entry hall that I use to see my dog when I am gone. So I checked the camera to see if I could get an idea of what they did in each room. The office happened to be in the shot. My office was entered for a total of about 2 minutes. How can things be wiped down or even checked in that amount of time? During those 2 minutes trash was removed too. I had a 50th wedding anniversary party that coming weekend so I called to see if they could get someone out to do what had been missed and they said that they could not do that, so I had to clean it myself.
I asked if I could be compensated and was told by the owner that they would do so on my next clean. It has been 3 weeks now and I have called multiple times left messages and no returned calls. I called again yesterday and was promised a return phone call this morning and no one has called. No one has come to clean tomorrow will be 4 weeks. It is so rude of them after I paid a premium for the first 2 cleans even though my house was spotless when they started. So now I will have to pay another cleaning service a premium again!!

Group 10 was amazing! We needed the house cleaned before the buyers took possession and they did a spectacular job! They cleaned the things we mentioned needed attention and were very friendly too. Would definitely use them again. Thanks!

Great team! They are thorough, efficient, polite, and know what they are doing. This is our third company we have used and thankfully we don't need to search for a good company any longer. I have been very pleased by the thorough cleanings. All of your teams rock. Team 11 was the latest and did a great job!

We just moved into a new home and had someone come out and clean from The Cleaning Authority in Humble. This was the first time we have ever used a cleaning service. Team 10 came to do the initial deep clean. Tracy and Kristian did an awesome job. They talked me through the cleaning process and answered all of my newbie questions. They even made sure I was happy with everything before they left. We look forward to having them out again and appreciated how nice and friendly they were.

The Cleaning Authority did a good job of deep cleaning my house for the first time. I will request Taslin and Mini for my next visit! They are hard workers who don't waste time.
