MaidPro is great, reliable, and very easy to work with. They are very accommodating to most anything and my house always feels extra clean. Totally worth it!! Cathy is our maid and she deserves all the praise. Thank you, Cathy!

I used another service and wasn't happy with the clean or customer service so I tried MaidPro. They were willing to work with me on the first clean estimate and their customer service was exceptional. I'm new to this and they walked me through the process every step of the way. Their rates are reasonable considering their extensive checklist. They are not on a cleaning rotation like other companies so your entire house is clean on every visit. Definitely recommend giving them a try. I'm sure glad I finally did!!

Maidpro has only ever impressed me by the quality and care of their work. The Pros are knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to share both the WHY and the HOW of their cleaning with me every time I ask. My home smells wonderful and looks great when they leave. I LOVE their service!

MaidPro begins with a deep clean on the first visit, which was amazing. I love that they tackled my base boards and ceiling fans. My house hadn't been that clean in years. Weekly cleans followed, and I'm always happy. Ariel is FANTASTIC. She's sweet and does an amazing job every week. I'm a cancer patient, and my mom got me this cleaning service because I just don't have the energy to tackle my house right now. Ariel and MaidPro have been a God send. Thank you so much for the wonderful help every week! :)

They have cleaned twice and had to return twice. I had an appointment scheduled for today between a certain time and nobody showed. The app showed the time. When I called they told me a completely other time window.

This company has too many turnovers. Every time I get use to a cleaning crew they send someone new, and the cleaning is never consistent. Unfortunately, my latest cleaning ladies Ashley and Wendy left the company. The office sent two replacements that could not understand, nor speak English. Not only could I not communicate with the them due to a language barrier, they didn’t clean all the areas in my contract. I immediately contacted the office and spoke to a lady by the name of Chelsea. I told her I don’t want to be charged for areas they didn’t clean. She said okay, but 3 days later I got charged the full amount. I reached out to her again, and she asked if I can send her pictures or if the site manger can come out to my home to see the uncleaned areas. By that time, we had cleaned those missed areas ourself. They should have requested pictures or came out immediately to assess the issue after I reported it 3 days ago. She told me they charge by how much time the maids spend cleaning, so please be aware if they miss areas they’re supposed to clean you will still be charged. I had no issues with the staff promptly addressing previous issues when Wendy was managing the office, but things have gone downhill. It’s time to start looking for an another cleaning company.

I’ve been very happy with MaidPro as a new customer this Summer. The two person team works very hard and really leaves my house sparkling in three hours. They have a checklist and I’m thrilled that baseboards windows and door jams get cleaned and more. They arrive on time and just really do such a great job. I would definitely recommend them.
