Had my A/C serviced by Arrings and was pleased. Daniel was on time for appointment, very polite, courteous, professional and spoke to me in terms I could understand. Since I was unable to actually go in the attic he took pictures of the problem for me that I could see. I would definitely recommend them.
This is an update from 7 years ago. I have been with Air Majesty for probably 18 to 20 years, and should have wrote more reviews. I have them come out twice every year. Once for AC inspection and once for heater inspection. I have had service over the years and have never had any problem with them. Our AC just went out the week following a hurricane and they came out quickly and got us fixed. Angel and Asiano went above and beyond taking care of the problem. I will continue to use this company and highly recommend them.

Great company! Extremely reliable and know exactly what they are doing! They inspected our unit carefully before replacing our unit. They showed us and explain the issue and the process step by step. They took their time with the installation. They were on time & also followed up. Our tech Asiano also had great customer service! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly! I would use any other company after my experience with them!

My HVAC system went out and I had to get a new one. I thought good lord what a hassle. This company was the best thing that could have happened for me. Michael came out to inspect the system and broke it down for me real easy giving me multiple options I could go with and explaining the differences in the options. He was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous and attentive. They had a new system installed in just one day and the price was actually less than what I was expecting. Michael came back out to make sure everything was as it should be. 100% would recommend Air Majesty to anyone. ...and ask for Michael!!!

I never leave reviews but I had to on this one. American Home Shield sent them to check my AC because the actuator motors weren’t working properly. The person who came didn’t put the side panel on properly. There is a switch that deactivates the AC when the panel isn’t secure. We called and the repair person was very defensive and insisted he didn’t do anything wrong. I made several phone calls to the company and was promised a call back and no one did. Rather than go without AC all weekend I had to call someone else to fix it costing me an extra service charge. If you want something done right don’t call them. If you want decent customer service don’t call them

Excellent service. The two guys that were sent to my residence explained what they did and how it would benefit the house.

The repairs guys came to do my repairs on time. I felt it was a priority for them. They did a great job protecting my floors. I will be using them for my regular maintenance needs to prevent my home from experiencing this situation again. #happy customer

My home warranty company sent Air Majesty for a second opinion, since I did not trust the first AC company they sent. Air Majesty did a great job finding out the problem with my AC.
Asiano is the tech they sent and he was extremely knowledgeable, competent and honest about what was wrong with my AC and now it has been working fine.

Super frustrating dealing with the lack of communication with this company. A technician came to fix my heating. Right after he was done, he said I will have to make a new call with AHS due to the cooling not working. I asked what happened because the cooling was never an issue and had just been working days before. His helper's response was something like "it happens sometimes".

I tried to get my husband to call him to get details on what actually went wrong with our cooling, and he never called him back.

We had to do another AHS payment for what I felt like was this man's fault. The company never called me back either. Awful customer service.

The Air Majesty team did an excellent job! Professional, courteous and friendly. Updates were provided as to time of arrival. Expertise in addressing the situation and pricing was extremely affordable. I would highly recommend Air Majesty!

🚨 DO NOT USE AIR MAJESTY! WORST HVAC COMPANY EVER! 🚨

I regret ever hiring Air Majesty to replace my HVAC system. This has been the most frustrating, expensive, and exhausting nightmare. If you value your time, money, and sanity—stay FAR AWAY from this company.

I paid $8,000 for a brand-new unit, and from day one, it has been nothing but a disaster. The installation was botched—the system made loud vibrating noises immediately after installation, which they tried to “fix” by tying things down! That should have been my first red flag. Within weeks, it was leaking water, then failing to cool properly, and no one at their office answered my calls. I left over 10 voicemails before finally getting a response!

When I did get service, their own technician admitted that the unit was damaged upon installation and had a refrigerant leak. Instead of owning up to their mistake, Air Majesty lied about appointment cancellations, dragged out the repairs for MONTHS, and kept sending the same incompetent technician who failed to fix the issue every time.

Fast forward to June, and they finally admitted the unit was beyond repair and needed full replacement—yet even the second unit failed to cool properly. Multiple technicians gave contradicting diagnoses—one said it was overcharged, another said it was low on freon.

AND IT GETS WORSE. The owner, Antoine Arrington, personally offered IN WRITING to pay for the cost of another HVAC company to try to fix their mess. I took him up on the offer, paid over $500, and sent him the receipt. And guess what? He NEVER refunded me. A complete lie and scam.

This company is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and incompetent. They don’t answer calls, they lie to customers, they don’t stand behind their work, and they clearly have no idea how to properly install or repair HVAC systems.

If I could give negative stars, I would. AVOID AIR MAJESTY AT ALL COSTS!

I made the decision to have my indoor air quality checked because I've been noticing some problems lately. The technician helped me understand the issue and was very knowledgeable. My air feels cleaner and fresher now than it did before.

I received amazing service at a very reasonable price. Alexis and the crew were amazing. The guys changed the evaporator coil completely, the pan and all the details needed for my AC to cool again properly. Highly recommend for your HVAC needs.

Services rendered today 05-12-2025 by Alexis was nothing less than excellence. He was very professional, yet mild mannered. Alexis was very thoural when explaining what needed to be done. He also completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend his services.

Great service provided. They were sent to me by American home shield and they did a great job. The technician Alexis was very polite and efficient.

I had a issue with my heater ,I called American home insurance since I have them,they sent out Air Majesty and before “air majesty” before they went to service my heater they specifically asked me “a guy” if I was going to be there,I said no only my wife ,he then said oh it’s because I like showing customers what the problem is ,but now I’m thinking they were seeing if they can take advantage of me not being there since a guy is more likely to know if something is really broken if they point something out. Then they sent me a invoice saying my AC needs Freon and there was a leak in my coils,for 8 pounds of Freon they charged me $800 but get this my AC worked fine and I didn’t mention anything about the AC just my heater when I made that service call ,i suspect now that there was nothing wrong with coil ,and my unit did have freon ,they were there to fix the heater which they did fix it but I said ok fill up Freon ,40 days later my AC stops cooling I called American home Sheild and they sent a different company ,the technician said that the valves to the Freon wasn’t closed properly,the Freon leaked out all of it thru there which is a federal violation and a federal crime ,I did report that to the EPA ,a trained technician is responsible to make sure those are closed properly.I can’t see that being a accident I think he did that on purpose in hopes they got another service call ,judging from all their reviews from Yelp Air Majesty does a lot of shady business practice. Don’t trust this company on their page it says their service cost anywhere from $2000-$6000 don’t quote me on it but something like that, I know why ,if they go to fix something that should be $300 they’ll say all kinds of other things need to be replaced, refilled and changed out so it adds up to at least $2000,at least from my experience. To the owner you have my number and email don’t post on here like you care because you don’t.

My allergies were acting up at home, so I had them come out for an indoor air quality check. They gave me options, were very educational, and didn't pressure me to buy anything. I truly valued their patience and honesty throughout.

Definitely would not recommend! I placed a service request with my home warranty company for some malfunctioning dampeners. The tech that was sent to my home spent minimal time looking at the unit and then submitted a response back to my home warranty company not mentioning anything about the dampeners. The claim was ultimately denied because what they reported was not the issue I was having.

I've reached out to this company multiple time with no one EVER answering the phone or returning voicemails.

Great knowledge, quality, and professionalism. Replaced my HVAC unit and it was replaced in a few hours. Made minimum noise in townhome without disturbing me or neighbors. Cleaned up and took all trash and materials with them. Felt that I got a fair price and good quality. Would buy again.
