Outstanding company! The owner down to the service technicians , they care and that’s what matters to me. I run an automotive shop and my A C system was not working correctly so my customers were sitting in the heat, but Ez comfort got my store fixed up fast , correctly, affordable and with a since of pride in the work that they do. I’ve had a couple different technicians and they’ve both been wonderful, kind men who are easy to work with. They take the time to explain things and also show pictures of their work. Philip Mora and Juan Martinez were their names. The company has a great office worker who is always sweet on the phone when she calls to schedule.

I had Juan Martinez, from EZ Comfort Air Conditioning, visit my home for a quote only on a whole house generator. Prior to visit, I have had others dealers offer quotes.

The quote met my budget and I was approved for a payment plan within a few seconds. At 8:30 a.m. the next morning, Juan and his crew were at my home to deliver the generator. The Plumbing crew came later that morning and installed the generator and the plumbing connections.

On the following day, the electrical crew came and installed the transfer switch. The generator is relatively quite and has a five year Generac Warranty. Juan stayed in contact with me throughout the installation process. I was impressed with the high level of customer service - something so very rare today.

This has been an excellent purchase for my family!

Carlos(owner) came out and gave us a quote on a generator. Then we were able to scheduled installation the same week! We have used EZ Comfort for several years. We subscribe to their annual service plan and their technicians are well trained and knowledgeable. They have maintained and serviced our House HVAC system as well as mini split units in our guest house. Felipe and Carlos are especially competent and dedicated. Great company!

Big thanks to the team for their efficiency and dedication! Carlos and Felipe fixed our A/C unit and we couldn’t be happier. We live in an apartment and maintenance wasn’t able to get it fixed properly, so they called EZ Comfort. They showed up the same day, diagnosed the issue right away, and fixed part of it on the spot. They did have to come back because a part needed to be ordered, but as soon as they had it, they came back, explained everything clearly, and fixed it for good.

Super professional, polite, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!!!
