Air Tech delivered quality service from start to finish. We had to make many phone calls to find a company willing to assist due to our unit being on our 25 ft roof and Air Tech was immediately kind and understanding, had a team out quickly, had us back up and running promptly, and their prices were fair. They did not once try to oversell us or add things on like the company we used prior due to a weekend emergency. We were so satisfied we joined their monthly subscription for money off future service and once we move to our new home, we will be taking this company with us for all our ac needs. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking! Wanted to give a shot out to young man that came out to do our install. Arron McAdams , he showed up as planned, walked me though my double HVAC replacement, step by step. He was very professional, and very knowledgeable, explained the entire process. Eight hours later , after all work was done, he took me in my attic walked me through everything step by step.... showed me everything , all the work done and it was fabulous. We went though the entire system, inside and out.. and helped me understand everything that was provided. He stayed late and did a final walk through with Mike Caruthers our representative, and they both made sure we were satisfied and happy. Thank you gentlemen, you made our experience very pleasant. I recently needed a new furnace and went with AirTech. My installer Leo Gonzalez was awesome. I’ve made several purchases with AirTech and they’ve all been great with excellent service. Trey Stewart came out to do a preventative maintenance on our AC system and was absolutely great to work with. Replaced a 20 year old HVAC system. Mike C. was Amazing! He took the time to fully walk me through all the models and available options. Once I made my choice Airtech was there the very next day doing an install. Mike followed right up with checking to make sure the system was running perfect. Air Tech is very professional and has continued to provide great service for our HVAC needs. Today, Dustin came out to do our inspection and informed us our furnace was on its last leg and about to go out. He was very kind and great at explaining our options to us and was able to give us a great deal. He went above and beyond and we would enjoy working with him again. This week, our mini-split AC unit failed. A quick Google search for repair services in Porter, TX led us to Air Tech, which had excellent reviews. We were impressed when their technician, Ulises Salazar-Soto, reached out by text and call to confirm his arrival time.

Ulises quickly diagnosed the problem as a corroded coil with a noticeable leak. He showed us the damage and explained that parts for the unit were unavailable because it was a black-market model from Mexico, installed by the previous owners. While this may have saved them money initially, it created a major problem for us.

We decided to have a new unit installed, and Air Tech's install lead, Aaron McAdams, provided professional and efficient service. The installation was completed on the same day, and the quoted price was exactly what we paid, with no hidden fees.
