Carlos did an amazing job. He went above and beyond and not only explained to me, why my system was working they way it was, but also showed me how an A/C system works on a level I can understand. 10/10 must recommend.

Ezekiel is awesome. We had a wire to our thermostat get pinched somehow and Ezekiel came back after an hour after I called, found the problem, corrected it and got us back on line!

I love their service. Always keep up with what was previously discussed. Provide pictures of all findings. Never feel pressured to purchase anything. Trust worthy

With us knowing we knew we had to replace the AC that was 15 years old Erica and James went above and beyond. James come out to our house immediately which was on a Friday evening just to confirm what we already knew. They sent me over an estimate and financial loan link within an hour. We Got approved (which we were shocked). Once their office opened up on Monday morning, I got a call and was told James was coming out to do measurements. By Tuesday we had an AC.
As far as the installation it went by so smoothly. I was very impressed. The Crew is now our A/C and heating guys for life. I can’t even thank them enough. Very reasonable and honest people. New and old units in photo. They hauled the old unit and trash away. Thanks Crew Home Service😃

Crew was quick and efficient! Called the morning after 4th of July and although they had no appointments available, they had someone in our neighborhood who could stop by and check it out for us.

Zeke worked quickly and was super friendly. He helped me understand the issue with our AC and explained what exactly had happened and what was being replaced.

Crew employees did very professional work in a timely manner Carlos in particular made sure everything went well. In today’s follow up visit, he double checked everything on my new unit to make sure all is well. Polite, courteous & professional.

Carlos Banegas was our technician and he came out and assessed what the problem with our HVAC unit was. He was professional and kind. He did great work! Our ac is working finally! Highly recommend this company! They were professional, prompt to respond and reasonably priced!

They came out same day which was a plus. Even came back after intially showing up when the power was out. Diagnosed the A.C. and was so pleased with the service and pricing that we purchased a unit on the spot. They were back 2 days later and by 5:30pm we had a new unit. Very clean and professional work. Everything looked sharp and the new unit is running strong.

Didn't feel like we were pushed or up-sold on anything. Carlos.B was very helpful in explaining what was needed and what would be best for the home. Came back out a week later for a QC check. Highly recommend Crew for your heating and A.C needs.

Priscella Landa was professional and courteous. She, as always, provided excellent service and assistance. She was able to perform my heating check as well as fixing my thermostat issue.

Air Tech has provided service at my home for a few years now and they’ve done good work. But i am writing this to provide praise for the topnotch service I received today. Priscilla serviced my home today and performed routine inspection and maintenance. She made recommendations that were actually beneficial rather than just providing recommendations as a cash grab. She carefully explained what she was doing and the basis of her recommendations. She was courteous and efficient. I will be specifically requesting Priscilla in the future.

I recently had the blower on my air handler bite the dust. Ulysses came out and diagnosed it gave me a number of choices as to how I could solve the problem and then the next day Priscilla came out. She did a fabulous job replacing the blower motor. The technicians are courteous knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. Thoroughly recommend this company if you're in their service area.

They serviced our HVAC/AC system in our previous home and did a great job. Great customer service too. Additionally, our tech Kevin was knowledgeable, efficient and responsive. What we appreciated most about Air Tech was their same day service when we had a cooling issue. This company was recommended by my brother who has been with Air Tech for many years and is a happy customer. If we hadn’t moved, we would still be with them.
