The performance of my installation was at a very timely matter with quality work behind at 100% satisfied work was performed. Thk u Emergency Air.

I called them around 5pm when I got home and my A/C was not working. Chris came out around 6:30 and spent 1.5 hours taking apart our system and diagnosing. He found a simple wiring issue and fixed it without charging us anything beyond the $49 service fee. Even after he fixed the issue and confirmed it was working, he went up into our attic just to make sure there were no other issues. I would highly recommend.

Professional outfit from customer service, sales and throughout the installation. Everything went as scheduled. Only issue was with my existing NEST thermostat (which for some reason did not work and had to be replaced with thermostat that came with the AC).
Installation team were punctual, professional, and cleared up afterwards.
Would fully recommend.

Very professional and proficient and kind. They practice safety measures by making sure theres an adult home at all times and their communication is outstanding with time of arrival! The technician Michelle was very thorough with making sure all repairs were adjusted correctly! THEY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! After being three days with no AC accepted the order and my unit was repaired in less than one hour!

John the A/C guy was the best. I followed him as he fixed the A/C he has 10 years experience he saved my wife's Birthday Party. Thank U. DeWayne Crow

We recently had an issue with our HVAC system sending faulty codes, shutting down our AC. Silver Spur sent a technician out to assess the situation the same day we called. Davante diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the replacement part and came out the next day to install it. He even offered a temporary free standing AC unit for our bedroom so we could at least sleep overnight. In all, this company is quick, honors warranties, and their techs are friendly and knowledgable.

Both Eric and Jimmy were very friendly and were effective in diagnosing and repairing the issue. Would recommend Silver Spur to anyone

We had gotten many quotes for HVAC system; however, when we met with Todd, something just felt right. The comfortable, confident way he presented installing the system we requested, the timeliness, neatness and completion of the project were great. Although we did have a confusion regarding the ductwork replacement, Todd assured us that they fixed any areas necessary to prevent cooling from escaping into the attic. We appreciated the work.

Hugo and Tyler were great in puting in my heater and fixing a huge mess with my furnace!!! Very nice, professional and knowledgeable guys, hope the company keeps them around for a long time.

Silver spur did a great job on replacing our old HVAC system.Todd Oakes was Awesome on the proper sizing and ver informative on the right system four our Home .Todds knowledge and Honesty was great. We had multiple quotes from other companies,and decide to go with Silver Spur due to Todd expert knowledge.The installers polite and professional.they replace both system about 5 hrs left there work areas clean. I would like to give my great appreciation to the estimating technician, who actually is a project manager. He helped us with the City permit and gave us at early morning for us to complete documentation required by our community board. The installation team is very professional and experienced, working hard and very responsible.

Mr. Jakwon came and was so professional but yet kind, he explained with the problem was quickly and he resolved it in a matter of short minutes.

I really appreciate him and I would love for him to be recognized for his service and professionalism he is definitely skilled and brilliant.

Prompt response & efficient service. I gave them a call around 9am. I was advised a tech would come out between 12-3pm. I was pleased when they the tech called to say he’d arrive around 11. He came in & fixed the heating issue quickly. He assessed the problem, fixed it & was on his way within an hour. I’m pleased with their service

I'm so happy with their service! They installed an new Lennox AC unit for me last year and today the AC suddenly stopped working. I called the office at 4:00 pm and their technician Tyler arrived 6:15 same day! He fixed it and did a great job! Was very polite and efficient! I highly recommend them!

This as good of an experience of an unplanned replacement of a full HVAC system as possible. We got extremely professional, competent, and friendly service. Everything was explained carefully and we got a great deal that was WELL below any of the other estimates we received. We got great response time and the guys came to replace the system the very next day. The guys were also very patient and careful when installing the system, making sure everyone was comfortable and everything was completed quickly, smoothly, and right. I would recommend Silver Spur first over any of the big name HVAC repair names in the Houston/Humble area every time.
