Just had crew come out and get my heat working . Thought for sure any heating company was gonna capitalize on the cold weather.
Ezekiel showed up promptly and was extremely professional and got our heat back on . Unbelievably fair bill.
I will only use these guys for my hvac service going forward.

The entire process was seamless, from getting a quote and scheduling a visit to the actual repair, all of it was painless and excellent. The customer service that James B. provided was incredible. He went above and beyond what I expected and provided transparency throughout the process. He was cordial and professional and went out of his way to accommodate my questions and address any concern I had. He followed up every time he said he would. This type of transparency is what you want when making such a big expense.

I am so happy I chose Crew to figure out how to resolve our relentless dirty sock syndrome problem. James came first and did the inspection, and we appreciated how well he explained everything along with several options and personal recommendations. He even noticed that we were missing a float switch on the drip pan which both our builders and inspector didn't catch. Ezekiel came out to install the option we chose (UV air scrubber) and confirmed what else he was going to do (clean the evaporator coils, fog the ducts, and install the float switch). He also gave me clear instructions after completion. As other reviews mentioned, their prices were very fair and they were so nice to waive labor for the float switch since they would already be here for the air scrubber. I can already tell a huge difference in air quality with barely any odor, and know it will just keep improving over the next few days. James, Ezekiel, and Erica were all so friendly and professional, and we will definitely stick with them for our HVAC and heater needs after this positive experience!

We contacted crew early on Saturday morning. They had a technician at our house within one hour. The honest technician let us know that our part was covered under warranty and had our AC back on very fast. Our technician was James. He was very professional and very informative. Would definitely be using again in the future.

James from the Crew team arrived on time with an amazing attitude. He was patient and very informative when I asked him a thousand questions about the items he was testing, their role in the system, etc etc…
I told him how much I appreciated how he literally educated me on capacitors.

James was super detailed and honest about our AC needs. We moved into this home 2 years ago. Over the years we found the previous home owners cut corners around the house. Crew AC came recommended from a friend and they did not disappoint! He only serviced what was truly needed and recommended we keep an eye on the other issues until the fall and reassess. I truly appreciate that he did not do things that were not necessary at the moment and gave us an honest game plan. 5/5 stars!

James thank you & your amazing team! Job well done, I gave this group the biggest challenge with tiny attic space, older home structure and they creatively upgraded my system. The challenges were both inside and out with limited access and they exceeded all expectations. They never saw “this can’t be done” while others walked away. Our experience with Crew was great. We called them out to do maintenance on our system and to see why it wasn't cooling as well as it should have been. Our technician Zeke, was very prompt and professional, as well as incredibly helpful to any questions that we had. He noticed our refrigerant levels were low but couldn't pinpoint the exact location of the leak.He actually came back the next day free of charge with an ultrasonic listening device to try and locate where we were losing refrigerant, and was able to locate it on our evaporator coils. Within a few days our coils were replaced and our system was working much better than before. We're grateful for Crew's professionalism and wonderful service.

Very happy of course needed service on a Sunday morning and texted Crew. Received a call back promptly and was texted on the arrival time. James was very kind and had my issue resolved quickly. I look forward to using Crew for my

After discovering a leak in our 2nd floor ceiling, and discovering that our drip pan wasn't installed quite correctly, we contacted Crew Heating & AC Repair, who we have already had a great experience with. They responded IMMEDIATELY, to let us know they'd be out first thing tomorrow (Sunday), despite us reaching out in the dead of night. Ezekiel arrived this morning and, once again, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and worked very quickly to identify the issue, and fix it just as quick. Thank you Ezekiel, you were awesome, again.

My technician was James and he was very professional and knowledgeable of my homes AC system. He was always on time and explained every detail of the installation process to me. He was also fantastic at pointing out various cost options so I could make the best decision for my situation. He's the best!!

Our AC stopped working and I called Crew this morning to see if someone could come out to take a look. I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman who suggested a couple quick checks which confirmed an on-site diagnostic would be needed. Scheduled a same day appointment with the possibility of moving it up if the crew was ahead of schedule which is exactly what happened. James showed up, checked out the unit and immediately identified and resolved the issue. Very friendly, efficient, and great experience. Will definitely call again and recommend.

Awesome experience! I was able to schedule my appointment online. Texted/emailed me when they were on the way. Ezekiel showed up on time at the beginning of my two hour window. He was polite, professional and efficient. Informed me of the status of my A/C unit & what was done during the service. I will definitely be using this company again.
