I recently had a 3-ton, 2-stage HVAC system installed by Emergency AC, and overall, I’m very satisfied with their service. Brian was incredibly knowledgeable, guiding me through the process and answering all my questions. The installation crew was professional and efficient, making sure everything was done right.

There was a minor 1-day delay because they needed a roofer to install a vent for the furnace, but they communicated the situation clearly and handled it promptly. The total cost was fair for the quality of the system and service provided.

Install team did a great job. Exactly what you promised. AC working great. Very quiet and so far efficient. I will update this after a few months. Update: We had a water leak and thought it was from the AC, turned out to be a clogged drain. Wouldn't have figured it out except for the techs they sent. Great customer service and I would recommend this company for your ac work.
Update: AC stopped working and they sent a tech to check it out. Found a simple problem and quickly fixed it. Didn't even charge me for the repair because it was such a small problem. Great tech very professional. I will use this company again and I recommend them to all.

did a great job but I regret ever calling this company.
The technician gave me no information and repeatedly said “I don’t know” no one ever sent a quote or returned my calls. I called repeatedly and no one could provide any information.

Awful, avoid them if you actually want to have your ac fixed.

I had wrote a review before but unfortunately I had to redo it. I bought a unit and had them put it in for me. Less than one year later it stops coming on because the pan has a device on it there will shut off the unit ,learned from guy at SSA. So a guy says my water flow was put in incorrect. So the water can't flow. He cleans the pan and the AC came on and less than 24hrs shut off. I feel I should not suffer for what I paid a company to do. My elderly husband has to go in the attic every morning and night to drain the pan. I can't have anyone come and fix it because I paid SSA all the funds for nothing to get fixed. Very disappointed. Me and my husband know nothing about AC units so we trustedthis company. I did call and they kept giving me the runaround.

First off, I want to thank Todd from Emergency AC of Houston’s sales team. He made the whole stressful situation seamless. Shortly after Hurricane Beryl our AC went out. After calling around Houston for quotes we started to get discouraged over the price of a new unit and how soon we could get a system installed. This is where Todd came along. Emergency AC was our last call of the day, and it was worth it. Within a few hours Emergency AC arrived and gave us an amazing price for a full system replacement. Be sure to do your homework because a lot of companies will sell you most of the system without a furnace and charge you the same price for a complete system. Todd explained why companies do this and what sets Emergency AC apart. They also give you an unbeatable warranty with the system. After Todd came out and walked us through everything, we had an installation team at the house two days later. The installation team was quick and clean. They even installed the whole system in the rain! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for such a seamless process. Will definitely be recommending them to everyone we know.

I couldn’t be more happier with the service I received. My rent house AC went out late Thursday night and I called them Friday. They sent someone out to assess the situation, gave me an estimate which was a very fair price and it was installed the next day. Mind you, on a holiday weekend! The sales guy was very informative and polite. I will definitely recommend these guys to my friends and family!

Hanna and Julian are the most amazing employee's they have! Hanna is kind, friendly and so hard working. Hanna went above and beyond to help me. She is the only person I call when I need a new system or service.
Julian is the tech I use. Ask for him by name for any service needs you may have. He is very knowable and will explain what the issue is and how he's going to repair it.
Call Hanna for anything and I promise she will help you and put a smile on your face.

My upstairs unit wasn’t cooling and I had two techs from silver spur come by to address the problem. They diagnosed the problem and replaced a bad contactor. Since I purchased the AC unit from Silver Spur last summer, the part and service was under warranty. There was no charge. After the repair, Rob and Colton took the time to check both of my A/C units inside and out. They also advised me on the best way to cool my house regarding thermostat temps, duct airflow and filter use.

I really appreciate how friendly and thorough they were. Outstanding!

Emergency AC when I called for an estimate, scheduled and came out the next day. Brendan the Tech was excellent with his communication. He made the process simple made various recommendations to repair and replace my forced air vents in the attic. Excellent service and great PR for sales. I felt confident in this transaction.

We have been struggling with a 20 year old AC system that stops working at the hottest part of the day for over a week. The indoor temperature reached 91 on the worst day. I knew we needed a new unit so I got 5 different companies to come out and give me quotes. The salesman Tod came at 9:00 on the dot for a 9:00 scheduled appointment. He talked me through all my options and helped through the finance. The price was almost half of what one company quoted. He made me feel confident that he wasn’t trying to overcharge for anything and he was really trying to help get the us get the best possible deal. 24 hours later and 2 guys came loaded with all the equipment to get our new HVAC system installed. Anthony and Erick were very professional and checked that everything was working perfectly before they left. They gave us good maintenance tips that we didn’t know before. And they didn’t let the rain stop them from getting work done. It was all a good experience and we are now sitting in room that’s 75 degrees !!!

I just needed a wire replaced from the furnace to the thermostat. The technician was nice enough but he left out, spoke to someone and then came back in and said it will be over $800. It took him 20 minutes to complete the job after he told me it would take 2.5 hours. Your team saw a single woman in a nice house and decided to price gouge me. Unfortunately my family was not happy about that. We spoke to the Gexa Energy installer of the thermostat and he stated that the job should have cost no more than $120. When places don’t have standard pricing and they price based on the consumer, maybe they raise their pricing due to how the person lives, maybe they raise their pricing because they know the person doesn’t know better??? But they price gouged me and I didn’t realize I was taken advantage of until he was done with the job in 20 minutes and left with a grin on his face.

I wish they could be audited for their customer base to see how they price women and people of color to see if there is a discrepancy. Other companies have been caught doing this.

I will never use them again. But happy 2025 everyone.

Chris was amazing! He was super knowledgeable and incredibly kind. Even though we couldn’t resolve the issue on his first visit, he remained sincere, professional, and understanding throughout the process. Excellent service all around!

The serviceman came after 9:00 PM,
So that I could have AC, tonight. He worked quickly, and knew what he was doing.

When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem and said he would be back the following morning. The following morning after arriving, he quickly fixed the problem and my heater was running normally. He was very courteous and extremely nice.

Johnny Soto was an experienced tech and was able to help diagnose our issue. We had a rep out the week before Johnny who said everything was fine with our unit when it wasn’t. Great attitude and very knowledgeable. Would recommend doing business with them 100%.

Tech arrived next day after work order created on time and promptly fixed heating problem.
