He’s helped us maintain our AC and also replaced an entire AC system. He’s good at what he does and does at a reasonable price. Hard worker and gets the job done! You should definitely use him.

Hong does a great job, he responded very quickly and when he came to my house he looked for the most inexpensive solutions first. He wasn't there to talk me into replacing my whole system. He went through piece by piece until he found the problem ( A bad Condenser) then found one and promptly installed it. Thanks Hong for your prompt attention to our problem

I want to start off by thanking Bruce for coming out and listening to my concerns and helping with my direct needs. I felt very comfortable with Bruce. It feel like we've been knowing each other for years.
Your technicians Eric and Mike were consummate professionals. My appointment was scheduled for 0900, they called at 0811 asking can they come out earlier, I agreed, they came out and completed the installation of my outside condenser within 2hrs.

We requested an estimate to replace our very old HVAC system and within minutes we got our response and met Tod Oakes of Emergency Air LLC. He examined our old system and we discussed different options for replacement. Tod answered our every question without hesitation and continued to provide not only more information but facts to assist us in making a best and most economical solution along with financing options and offered next day service. He gave us our estimates to mull over and promised to be available if we needed anything else. He lived up to his promise and later assisted us with financing. This became the most professional business encounters I have ever experienced. We now have our system installed and running and installation was a matter of about four hours. All is neat and tidy and we are once again relaxing comfortably. Thank you Tod Oakes and thank you Emergency Air LLC. We will refer everyone to you for their future HVAC needs.

Called at 10am after noticing our A/C wasn’t blowing cold. I was on the phone for 10 minutes and had a dispatch update immediately after my call. Had a tech scheduled between 1-3pm. Tech arrived shortly after 1pm and resolved the issue with our capacitor and replaced it on the spot. You pay for the service you receive. Great work! Highly recommend!
