WOW! I noticed a weird sound coming from my furnace and Abicus popped up on google first, they charged me 150 dollars to tell me that the fix would be $2,100 and it would take about a week to get the part.

I called Silver Spur next and couldn’t be happier that I did. Bruce was more than helpful on the phone, he spent 15 minutes with me going through possibilities. Then Hugo showed up twenty minutes later, was awesome, and had my home as good as new an hour after that… for a fourth of the cost of my other quote.

I’ll recommend these guys to everyone.

The people at the office are friendly and helpful. My furnace was making a whining noise and I took a video. Of course on arrival we could not re create the noise. The tech was thorough in his investigation. Kind and reported good information. I am confident that if my problem returns or becomes worse somehow, they will be back to correct it.

The team was extremely respectful of my home during a multi-day HVAC project. They wore boot covers, cleaned up daily, and communicated progress. The final result exceeded expectations.

I was able to schedule online, and they reached out to ask if we wanted an earlier appointment that came available. Our technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to service both of our AC units quickly, and the air was already blowing colder before he left our home.

James arrived on time and worked in a timely manner. Before servicing our AC unit he explained what he would be doing and other general information. After he did his work he debriefed with me about what he did and saw. He was honest and thorough. I also liked that our electronic invoice included a detailed report of what we previously discussed. It goes to show the attention to detail James and Crew Home Services takes. We will certainly be using this company again should we need any additional work done and for maintenance checks.

This company is very responsive and was helpful in answering all our questions. The tech moved everything and put it all back. The best part was there was no upwelling of products or services. We will definitely be recommending them and using them again. We had the dryer duct cleaning and sumner maintenance on our ac. I had another company through our home builder tell me my dryer vents were clogged and needed to be cleaned and we had been in the house less than a year. I called Crew out a year later when my dryer gave me a message about a serious clog. I cleaned the lint trap first by soaking in dawn and hot water and ask Crew to come check everything out. After going through the vent from front to back, I was told there was nothing to worry about and ac looked good. Looks like the first guy was lying, so I appreciated their honesty even more. Give them a call. You won’t be disappointed.

Wow wow wow!!! Our technician James is definitely invited to the cookout! (And his awesome Dalmatian doggy ranger) the service was QUICK AND STRAIGHT TO THE POINT! And definitely inexpensive ! After contemplating for at least 4 to 5 hours we buckled down and made an emergency call at 9:30 AT NIGHT and they came within 30 minutes and fixed the problem within 20 minutes!!

I also want to thank Erika who was nice and friendly all of the 100 times that I called for different pricing options and different financing options and my many decision changes lol she was so polite every time 🥹🥰 we would definitely be getting the membership with them and using them for all of our air conditioning needs!

James and his crew did an excellent job and came out next day to replace my evaporator and plenum. They were in and out before lunch and the price was very fair and his customer service was a 10/10. I would definitely recommend him and will be using Crew for future HVAC needs!

When we got the dreaded news that our AC was not repairable, from the company our home warranty sent out, we weren’t very pleased, but being that we had to stay cool; we readied ourself for the possibilities. The first company we had were nice, but I decided to check out these guys to get a comparable bid. They did not disappoint. Crew Home Services were absolutely great to deal with and they were a better price for better equipment and a better warranty. Michael and James were both a joy to deal with and made the process very comfortable. When the installation crew came out they were quick and made sure to spread drop cloths throughout the house to not dirty up the house. 5 star all the way!! These guys are great!!

We were having issues with an AC unit cooling and were told elsewhere that we would have to replace it as the most cost effective option. Called Crew and the staff was very friendly and appointment easily scheduled. The person dispatched was very helpful and recommended a single repair at a third of the cost of the 1st company. Quickly repaired and I am more than happy I reached out to Crew, saving me thousands!

My experience with Crew Heating & Cooling has been very positive. Ezekiel is a true professional and took the time to answer any questions I had. Although I had some qualms about the pricing, the company's responsiveness and willingness to discuss its position have given me a better perspective.

I was really impressed with Crew. They installed a new AC unit at my house and I'm very happy with the quality of work at a great price. They were very responsive at every step of the process and got the job done in a day. I'll definitely use them again.

James with CREW Heating & Ac repair was very attentive to listen to everything I have going on with my AC and duct work. I originally wanted a vent cleaning because of things i was hearing and felt like my airflow was possibly blocked. I am so happy he acknowledge I have another issue going on with my system setup that needs to be addressed and my vent are really not really dirty to need a whole house cleaning. I had prior work done on my system by another company and it was done really poorly. I had another company come out before CREW Heating & AC Repair and them didn't seem to want to be bothered with repairing the issue that was caused by another company. I explained this to James and he said they could replace and fix what has been done and that he will send me a quote later today. He stated to me that although my system is putting out plenty of air but the way the last company repaired it, I'm not actually getting 100% of it into my house/ living quarters because what they had done is blocking part of the air flow from going through like it should. He stated hat section of the system really needs to be rebuilt which I'm fine with. I just want everything to be properly done and work the way it should. I'm actually excited that James is willing to repair and fix this issue when noone was willing to do so.

Ezekiel was our technician and he was awesome. He was polite from start to finish. Our A/C was cooling in minutes. I truly appreciate his patience with our fur baby, who wouldn't stop barking at him. I was very apologetic and he understood. My husband called and Ezekiel explained everything to him before the repairs were performed. I definitely recommend CREW for your A/C and HEATING needs.
