Walter came out before the winter storm so I could have my heater up and running. He came Thursday evening and made sure it was up and running. I really appreciate it. He replaced the blower motor and I stayed warm through out the freezing weather. Thank you so much.

We have had Airtech come out and service our home three times. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They are very good and helping you understand if any issues come up. They are always prompt on time. I would highly recommend.

Michael Krokrich came to our home and quickly assessed the issues we were having with our AC. He was very thorough, professional and courteous. He went through every aspect of what we needed to know including pictures to provide a visual account. I highly recommend Michael and AirTech.

This is the second time I've called Air Tech of Humble to repair my AC when it went out. Michael was friendly and explained everything as he completed the job. Pricing was about what I expected. Repair was completed quickly and my unit it back up and running smoothly. I definitely recommend their services.

First let me say how professional everything was starting with the phone call. The young lady was pleasant and answered all my questions. She put me at ease from the very beginning. The technician was pleasant and informative telling me what was wrong. I’m a new home owner so there is so much for me to learn. All I can say is give them a try you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Justin and Cristian did an excellent job updating my system! They explained the work in detail and showed me the additions upon completion. They informed (or educated) me on things I could do ensure the system operates at 100%. I really appreciate their attention to detail, communication skills and professionalism. Highly recommend Air Tech to anyone who assistance with their HVAC system.

So this is just my experience. Overall, Air Tech of Humble is a good company (if you have thousands laying around). I had my AC serviced on Monday 9/15. The technician was nice (will mot mention his name). I am also aware that I need a new system, no doubt about that, but my AC was working just fine before Monday. Once the technician finished, he offered me two packages the basic and the economy. They were quoted for 14K and 15k with 0%APR for 60 months. I was still skeptical because that’s pretty high because I also am planning for a wedding. I told the technician that he can reach out to me on 9/22 so my fiancé and I can discuss the cost. Well, later on that day my fiancé asked if the AC was on and I told him yes, but I thought because it was really hot outside that it would take some time to cool down. I was completely wrong. As the days went on, I realized that my AC in fact was no longer working and in our house it was 83 degrees with the AC on 74 and it was just running. I found that really odd due to the fact my AC was working fine before Monday. So it became unbearable, in which I contacted the company Friday morning explaining the situation. I did receive a text back stating that they will send a technician out to check my system, but I would have to pay $89 service fee unless I join their membership. (I did cancel their membership). So I spoke to the representative who escalated the situation to a manager named Earl (I believe). Earl stated that they were not going to charge me due to them already coming out on Monday. He asked me did I want the same tech or someone different and I chose a different tech. The tech did arrive early in which was also great (not going to mention the name). When he was there he told me that the Freon was low and that it was not topped off, but take it that I need a new system it wouldn’t matter. Then he said I could replace the coils for 5833. I thought he meant $58.33, but he said $5.833. Absolutely not! I know I’m in need for a new system so I’m not faulting them on that, but the prices that they quote are super outrageous. So I asked for another quote from the previous one received and he also gave me a different quote. The 0% APR is only for the deluxe package which was quoted 17k!! The only thing that matched up was the quote last for 30 days. There’s no way in this economy should a new system be that high, but I’m aware that each company may not be for everyone. The last tech left, in which he was really nice but I was highly disappointed that I was still left with no AC. I have been without AC since the first tech left. He didn’t top the Freon off and honestly just needed a quick fix until we figured out what we wanted to do. They may set their standards high which is fine, but I know overall this company at the moment is not for me. I would encourage if there’s a new tech in the field to have someone to shadow them because giving out wrong information especially in this economy does not do well. Maybe when times are better I would choose them, but after this past week I have to think really hard about it.

Prompt and knowledgable service. Technician was polite, professional, and performed a thourough maintenance routine on our furnace. He was also able to answer my questions about further maintenance and upgrades to our system. Very happy. Recommended!

Had the vents, ducts, returns , blower, drains, pan and coils cleaned. The 2 man crew arrived on time, used protective coverings on floors and areas where the machine and hoses were. Did a thorough inspection and cleaning with before and after pictures. One particular return was extremely filthy 38 years of yuck - in a particularly difficult location so the crew tackled the chore 3 times from Bottom to top then with some great ingenuity completed by cleaning from attic to bottom. A “ Chuck in a truck “ company would have left that difficult section dirty. Also was not so inclined having a non licensed HVAC technician disassemble and reassemble anything with my AC unit. I have done business with this company for several years now and highly recommend - so refreshing to have a professional company to complete your service without attempting to sell add on things that aren’t necessary.

Excellent work by this group who came the same day for emergency service. The tech Ulises was professional and helpful with what to do with my system moving forward. Definitely consider them for your AC service. Priscilla was great.

Trey did a great job in the routine maintenance check. He also took the time out to inspect everything in attic. He suggested some recommendations. Trey was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.

Excellent experience. Mike C was friendly, helpful and really went the extra mile to male sure my family got some heat on a very cold night. Superior service. Would happily recommend.

Had my yearly furnace tune-up with Joel Castaneda. He's technical, respectful and knows what he's doing. He's honest as well with how my units are running, if theyre good or bad he'll let me know straight up. Answers all my questions regarding my HVAC as well. Id reccommend him but i dont want him getting too busy! He's a great tech. Definitely ask for him if you need a true tech who takes his job seriously

She was very knowledgeable about the issues that we had and what we needed to do ro prevent it from happening. Really appreciate her coming same day and fixing everything quickly! She also explained yalls yearly preventive plans and services which we decided to use. Definitely a great service and peace of mind!

Michael C was a great help! Very nice and very informative about what was going on with our HVAC & AC. Glad to have called a place like this that employed such a great person. Thanks to him we won’t have to worry about anything going wrong with it from here on out.

Mr. Mike C. called ahead of time because he was available early, wanted to make sure it was okay, then let me know he was on his way. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. He was mindful inside of my home, did not make a mess & actually the area around his inspection / worksite was cleaner when he left than when he arrived. He answered all of my questions and even repaired installation defects from 18 years ago at no charge. I prefer his honest, straightforward approach along with providing me several different options based on my desires for maintenance & system upgrades. Air Tech of Humble will always be my Go-To Heating & AC provider. I had previously signed-up for their semi-annual maintenance service to save money on any future repairs & learned from Mr. Mike C. that the service also inspects your plumbing & electrical systems. I was able to get those inspections scheduled before he left. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

MC came to do the initial check late on the AC unit which was greatly appreciated. Was professional and informative in getting the process started for repairs.

Devin came 2 days after for the installment. Also very professional and informative. Quick work & cleaned the premises before leaving.

Rory was very professional. He introduced himself and shook my hand. Very respectful, knowledgeable, and polite.
He repaired the heating issue and also explained the condition of the furnace. He explained the invoice on the repair and also the cost to replace. Nice that took a couple of pictures to show me the condition of the furnace.

These guys are awesome! Our A/C went out and they had a technician in less than a few hours. Dustin arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue. One of our units had finally died and the other was on its last leg. He did everything he could to fix up the surviving unit and, again, within a few hours, a crew was at our door to install the new unit. Dustin was incredible, the install crew was great (professional, fast, efficient, and kept the house clean!). Later that night, new unit stopped working. Dustin came right back out and diagnosed a clog that was triggering the float switch. He safely made it work for the evening and first thing the next morning their plumber, Miguel, was at our door to snake the drain.

The prices are more than fair IMO. The employees were very professional. Communication was excellent. Can’t say enough about this crew. Operates like a small company with all the amenities of a large one. Will recommend to anyone I can!

*Edit* really disappointed with the follow-up. We were told that there would be follow-up because of the extra work that needed to be done. Someone will check in with you” we were told. Radio silence for 2 months. Now…the brand new, very expensive unit, is not working due to poor work on the front end. Bad welds lead to all refrigerant leaking out. Called someone out, but they can’t fix it now (another A/C-less night). Seems like this company, like most now days, jack up the prices, use less than qualified labor, and sell it with a smile.

Jesus Garcia really helped me today. My AC is now running smoothly & cooly. It’s really convenient & great to have the thermostat humming & running again. He is a kind, polite and handles everything well. I am grateful.
