He is one phone call way, man of his world, and always takes care of his warranties. My AC was not cooling, and it is hot this summer. Our family was without AC for a week while I tried to file a warranty claim with Select Home Warranty, but no technician came. I reached out to Mkazza Cooling, and he called me back and scheduled an appointment for the same day. They performed a thorough check and were able to get my HVAC working again. He also kept me informed and communicated well. I am grateful. The process was really good and I pray they continue to uphold this standard.

I needed a complete air conditioning system and Joshua with Mkazza was highly recommended. After obtaining my quotes I decided to go with this company and I’m happy I did. Service was great from start to finish. They showed up on time, cleaned up well, and answered all my questions. Thank you!

I’m honestly blown away by the speed and professionalism Chris brings to his work. I can’t recommend his company enough. He services both residential and commercial systems, which is a huge plus for someone like me who runs a store with multiple freezers holding thousands of dollars in inventory. Chris understands how critical it is to keep everything running and has even been available after hours, something that’s incredibly rare these days.

After dealing with countless technicians who either didn’t show up or couldn’t get the job done right, I finally found someone I can trust. Chris is honest, straightforward, and doesn’t try to upsell or make up problems just to charge more.
