Our A/C wasnt blowing cold. I called Cruz air after reading some of the reviews. The HVAC manager Travis showed up and with in about 15 minutes he knew exactly what was wrong. I was a little skeptical. Travis hooked his gauges back up and very professionally walked me through it. Very professional ,very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. After giving me few different options I decided to purchase a whole brand new unit. They installed the unit very quickly with absolutely no complaints. Cruz air & electric now has a new life long customer. Thank you Travis for your hard work.

We just received the finest, most professional A/C service from Cruz A/C & Electric. Additionally, we met one of the most outstanding, professional, and upstanding young man in Dylan Pesnell, that we’ve have encountered in many years. I’d like to highly RECOMMEND and briefly decribe our experience with both; Cruz A/C & Electric for their service, efficient turnaround time and communications we received. And of course, Dylan, who made it all happen.

Evening time ion 08/15, we had ½ of our home in Huffman, TX, without working thermostats or A/C. Knowing Cruz A/C & Electric were located in Humble, the possibility of service to the remote Huffman Commons would probably be next day.

I called Cruz A/C & Electric at 5:18pm on Monday 08/15 and reached their answering service. They were polite and quickly took my information. Within 4 minutes, Dylan called me at 5:22pm and said he would come out to our home. At 5:25pm, I received a text message from Cruz A/C & Electric that Dylan was heading our way and the message professionally conveyed Dylan’s certifications and phone numbers to call should we encounter any issues.

Within minutes, Dylan arrived, very professional in dress and demeanor and confident in assessing the problem. Before 6pm, Dylan not only assessed the problem but made the necessary repairs and our entire home was cooling again.

As for Dylan, he’s an incredible, capable resource that shows a tremendous amount of positivity and confidence that Cruz A/C and Electric should be proud of. He chatted with me for a few minutes after the repairs, and I can honestly vouch for his level of skills and confidence/capability. He’s definitely a family man too.

I had Cruz electric come install an EV plug for my vehicle last year. The team was professional, on time, and cleaned up the area better than they left it. Now with the recent power outage, I will be reaching out for their service on installing a standby generator.

I've used Cruz Air and Electric for the past few years for service on my AC and Heating unit. They've never pressured me to get a new AC, however this summer my AC decided I needed a new one. I went straight to Cruz and had them come out and see what was going on. Their technician, Travis, let me know what I could do to nurse along my AC, however indicated it would need to be replaced in the very near future. When I asked for a quote he was able to give me several options and was able to answer all my questions. We set a date and my new AC was installed. The installation team did an amazing job. Quick, efficient and they cleaned up the mess they made. The installation tech, Dylan, and his team did a fantastic job.

I was offered a 5-year, interest free, loan to help pay for the AC/Heating unit. I also received a 10-year 100% covered service that is transferrable.

Since the install, I have used Cruz to blow in additional insulation in my attic, to help the new AC be more efficient.

I cannot tell you how happy I am with the service and products provided by Cruz Air & Electric. They will continue to receive my business and I will recommend them to anyone that may ask.

We have been using Cruz for over 20 years now. They are honest and reliable.
Our technician, Dylan Pesnell, was prepared to add 4 plus pounds of Freon-which as you know has skyrocketed at $210.00 per pound.
He checked a couple things and told us it wasn’t leaking and full!
Coils were clogged! He gave it a good bath and BOOM….we’re back in business!

Disappointed in Service Cruz installed my generator about 1.5 yrs ago. The Tech returned to install the Mobile Link device a few months later but there was an issue with my Internet not being strong enough. I called to tell him it was no longer running the weekly test and he assured me I might just be missing it. Well, he finally showed up to check it and admitted he didn't reset it to run the weekly test.. for 10 months. Hadn't really needed it until Hurricane Beryl. I called on the second day to let them know I needed the initial maintenance, included in the contract, because it was running continuously. Finally, got maintenance scheduled for Friday, according to Phoebe. Their HVac tech showed up with a bottle of oil, and after 5 minutes said he was done and it would be $195! I told him my contract calls for full maintenance, complimentary, after 25 hrs. He didn't know anything about it and said he was told to bring the oil. NEVER did the office say we don't have time for maintenance but can bring you a bottle of oil for $195! I didn't pay it and would have cancelled the call bc my power came back on Wed evening, the end of the 3rd day. I am so disappointed in Cruz/CGC. The price of the generator was better than other proposals I recd but their customer service is terrible!!!

Dylan is a great technician. He came out, assessed our needs and gave us a reasonable, no-nonsense quote for everything. He and his crew installed everything (A/C and heating) in one fell swoop. He is polite, professional and completely trustworthy. I will recommend him to everyone I know for HVAC sales and service. Cruz has had our business for a while now and will continue to have it for years to come.

Excellent service! We have used Cruz for almost 15 years. Dylan among others on his team are excellent professionals and always very timely for his inspection service appointments. We have never been charged for unnecessary repairs and they recently replaced both AC units and Heating units and thermostats. They have also repaired and detected a carbon monoxide leak in our prior heater units. Everyone needs to get heaters inspected annually- it saves lives!! Highly recommend Cruz for both heating and cooling appointments. They are a trusted company that has serviced the Kingwood/ humble area for many years.

I replaced my 22 year old HVAC units last November. Cruz Air & Electric did a great job but the real hero was Travis Blackwell. He spent several hours reviewing options for the new units and answering lots of technical questions. I ended up with the Trane variable speed system which is operating flawlessly and very economical with electricity. Travis came here at the start of the AC season and did a complete check to make sure everything was set up properly. He is extremely personable and delivers on everything he sells. Couldnt ask for a better technician and trusted HVAC advisor.

Once again Cruz Air responded very quickly to my weekend call and did not charge an "after hours fee", just the normal service fee. I would highly recommend Dylan and Cruz Air. Aug 2023

Dylan with Cruz Air really helped us out! We called early on a hot June Sunday afternoon because our AC was not working. Dylan had arrived at our house in less than an hour!! And because we called before 5pm on Sunday, we were only charged the normal service fee, not an emergency fee! I would highly recommend Cruz Air, we have used them for years and they have always provided great service!!

This is probably the most punctual company I have ever worked with. Travis is the nicest and most honest. He carefully explained the details and our options to my partner and me. We were able to finance a new unit. Although, I was disappointed the new drain pan was cracked by the employees at the time of the installment, Travis was quick to ask Diana to call me so that we could schedule a time to replace it. No damage was caused to the our home and our concerns were validated, so that is why they still get 5 stars from me. Seriously, they are incredible.

After I tried installing a smart thermostat, my air conditioner stopped working. I called Cruz Air & Electric the next morning and made an appointment for that afternoon. Travis was able to resolve the issue and install both thermostats in a timely manner. He was professional, courteous and even cleaned up after himself. I'm very satisfied with Travis and the service provided and will definitely use Cruz Air & Electric for future needs.

For the installation of a generator, Cruz Air was highly recommended by a neighbor. Our questions and concerns were addressed thoroughly. The quote was comprehensive and received in a timely manner. My downstairs A/C unit wasn't cooling properly and Travis came out to check on it. It was low on Freon so he filled it up and everything works properly. One month later the upstairs unit started blowing warm air so I called Cruz Air & Electric and asked for Travis to come check it out. He arrived on time the next day and tried to get it fixed, but the unit was 26 years old, so I decided to get it replaced. He quoted me a fair price for a new unit and his crew did a great job of installing. Travis came by after the installation to check on everything and was very professional and helpful. The unit is working great and I highly recommend Travis and Cruz Air & Electric if you have any A/C problems.

I found working with Cruz Electric to be an excellent experience. Adam was not only responsive, but offered solutions that made my generator installation a breeze. I would highly recommend Cruz Electric for all your generator needs. Much thanks to a really great team.

I'm disappointed with their service. I had them install soft start switch back in Oct 2024. On May 7th my AC stopped working, so I called my service tech and he found out that the soft start switch failed due to some internal leak and this is why my AC stopped working. I took the switch back to Cruz Air office on May 9th for replacement. Well, they will not replace the switch till they get a new one from their vendor. It is end of May, and I'm still waiting to hear from them. I paid CruzAir for switch (not their vendor!) and installation and right now I still don't have a working switch! Frankly, I don't understand their policy in this case!

Travis and Chris were both great. Excellent customer service, great response time, and they explained the issue thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand. Highly recommend Cruz AC and Electric!

We purchased a home in December with a GENERAC. The previous owners used Cruz for repairs. Cruz came and determined we need upgrades with the gas meter and other items to ensure it worked properly.
What impressed me is that Adam Cruz contacted us personally, gave us his contact information, added his contact info on the app to be notified for any service issues/alerts and made sure we knew how to use our Generac related app.
The customer service, quick turnaround on repairs, repair costs make this company so wonderful. I enjoy calling them because the wonderful lady answering the phone calls is so sweet, friendly and helpful (rare to find these days). Her voice has NEVER had that "I hate this job & customers" tone.
Cruz will always be our company of choice for services.

Travis and Mario the field technicians were very professional and considerate of my needs they answered my questions with patience they charged my unit and even ensured it was an accurate charge using a scale, impressed, considerating others have not done that.
