My brother and family friend used him for years. When we began experiencing issues he was the first person I thought of. So glad he was available to help us in our time of need with this Texas heat!! Been using DAS for years and have always had a positive experience. Just had a new unit installed and was thoroughly impressed with not only the process but how professional the install was. Very clean and meticulous. Jay and his guys do great work...highly recommend!

Installed a new 4 ton AC unit, at a really great price. Installation was fast and easy. Had us up and running before I knew it. We also get them to do the seasonal service on our two units. Jay and Brian are class acts.

We came back late evening from vacation with my family to no air conditioning. We spent the first night at a hotel, but Jay (Owner) was able to meet us at the house the very next morning and he had two incredibly hard-working young men (Zachary and Mark) start work that same afternoon.

A 12-year Warranty on Parts and Labor is pretty fantastic!

Jay even stopped by the following day, to personally sign off on the quality of the entire installation.

Had an emergency call and they were there in an hour. Highly recommend!

They returned my initial phone call and told me that they would be out as soon as they could and that they would call me. They never called me back and they never came to my home. I will not be using them for a quote.

They came out to fix a leaking shower...didn't have the right parts so did a temporary fix. That temporary fix caused a flood in our basement - the plumber felt bad and came right out to try and help. After that, no response what-so-ever...the owner wouldn't return calls, never heard from them again. Never fixed the original problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

From the start to finish this company has professional employees. Called for an estimate on replacing our hvac system, Diane was very responsive in scheduling and communicating a date and time. Travis who listened and explained their hvac package with no pressure on buying higher priced units. Installers Javier, Javier and victor were neat and clean. Dylan was fantastic! My neighbors home wasn’t cooling & he came out at 10 PM to fix it. He diagnosed the issue and replaced a part quickly & efficiently. The house went from 83 to 74 in a few hours, thank you Dylan! He was friendly & I would definitely call him again.

Ask for a technician to come by my house and check on my air conditioner wasn’t cooling properly. Travis, looked at my air-conditioning clean the outside coils help me with some inside tips and squirted a little Freon in my system. Works perfect. Would recommend to anyone. Travis was an outstanding young man very professional look forward to using Cruz again.

Dylan Pesnell has been to our home numerous times and assisted us with the purchase of two units, as well as maintenance. He has been a wonderful asset that we have come to trust and rely on for our a/c needs. Called Cruz Air and Electric at 8AM hoping for a heating repair to be done quickly and with short notice.

Tec (Travis B.) arrived at 9:45 AM within service window quoted. Travis quickly found multiple issues and corrected all problems. Parts were on the van, so no waiting for material. Travis cleaned up after repairs were completed. I have used Cruz Air and Electric before (whole house backup generator). Today's repair reinforced my decision to use Cruz Air and Electric once again. Services provided were friendly, professional, timely and hassle free. Thank you Travis for a job very well done, I appreciate it!

Cruz Air & Electric is the place to go for all your AC, Home Generator, and other electric needs! They are very responsive and a delight to work with. They are very professional, caring, and attentive! Adam Cruz sold us our home Generic Generator. He was very professional, well spoken, and he didn't try to oversell us on things that we didn't need. The installation crew showed up on time like promised and did an exceptional job. Other than having a brand new generator in my yard, you would have never even knew they were there. It has been a pleasure working with such a professional company!

Cruz air & electric was thankfully available on a Sunday and were able to send out someone to fix our ac issue right away. Travis was pleasant and did a great job and was able to quickly fix our issue. He is very knowledgeable and was able to provide us with some great insight on AC related matters. Our A/C stopped working after a heavy rain last night, called Cruz Electric in the morning, Dylan came out on time the following morning and identified and repaired the issue very quickly. He was very friendly and explained the issue and how repairs were made. I’m glad we use Cruz Electric twice a year to service our HVAC system.

Excellent, prompt service! Assisted me with quickly scheduling a visit to perform a service inspection required for my home sale. Travis was out the next morning, assessed my situation and gave me options along with the cost estimates. He returned the next morning, replaced the part and had everything taken care of quickly. Travis is the same technician that took my call on Saturday evening, called me right back and came out on a Sunday morning last year when our A/C cratered-I was a new customer and called on the advice of a neighbor. I then had them replace our unit a couple of days later. All of my interactions with any of their employees have been positive-each time their team has been polite, friendly and professional.

This was a great experience all round. From Travis in sales, to Trenton and his crew in installation, these guys did a fantastic job. We were able to obtain no hassle financing, and within a couple of days everything was installed and working. I really appreciated the care they took during installation.....carpeting was covered carefully to protect against soiling and they made sure the clean-up afterward was perfect. I highly recommend them.
