This company has fantastic service. Jay took my call shortly after 8am and had our A/C up and running by 11:00am. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Jay does all my HVAC work. He’s dependable, always suggests lower cost alternatives (ie: aftermarket parts or things you can do yourself), does quality work and cleans up afterwards.

I have been using Jay for years. You will not find a more knowledgeable, honest and reasonable AC and heating guy. He does what he says he's going to do and that's hard to find these days! As far as I'm concerned, there's not another AC guy in the area.

We have used Deerwood Air Solution for the past 15 years, at our rental properties as well as our remodeling maintenance company.
They have always been dependable, trustworthy and reasonable on prices.

I contacted Deerwood Air Solutions on Saturday and spoke with Patrick. He scheduled an appointment for the following day (with no additional or overtime charges.) Patrick was very knowledgable, polite and straightforward. He had my heat working in less than 30 minutes and his price was VERY reasonable... Thank you, Patrick... I would give you 10 stars if I could!!! LOL

My AC was acting up for 3 weeks. The week before, I had another AC company check it out. That company said nothing was wrong with my AC but my house was too big and suggested I add a two unit AC which would cost 20k. I spoke with Jay Twiner on the phone and he came to my place within 2 hours. Fixed my AC unit, cleaned it and gave me tips on how to get the best use of my AC unit and conserve energy. My house is the coldest it's been in 3 weeks. He was there for less than 30 minutes. I will for sure recommend to others

The first thing I liked about Deerwood Air is their response time. They inspected my a/c right away for needed improvements and then arrived promptly at our scheduled appointment time. They were professional, respectful and explained fully what needed to be done, also providing before and after pictures of my attic unit which is very difficult for me to reach and inspect. Jay helped us both when we were home and when we were out of state. He was always responsive and prompt. He showed us what was wrong and when we weren’t there he sent photos. He always explained and never tried to “sell” us on something we didn’t need. Rather, he gave us options and let us know what the bandaids were, what the best options were, and what to expect in each scenario. Just purchased my 2nd air condition from Deerwood. There was never a second thought given on using them again. As with my first unit, Jay made numerous emergency calls as we nursed our old upstairs unit until we were ready to make the purchase. Full transparency and never pressured us to buy. I found Deerwood Air Solutions by searching A/C repair recommendations in a local Facebook group. The first time Jay came out 2 years ago, he presented me with the most likely, best, and worst case scenarios, and prices and timelines to expect for each. My unit was on borrowed time and the next couple weeks played out exactly as he described in the most likely scenario.
Then, I called him out today for the 3rd or 4th time, and even though he is very busy he made time to come by. He came out promptly, fixed the issue easily, and could've charged me hundreds but did not. I was literally in tears with relief and gratitude. He is a true expert and just a good person!

Jay was very friendly. Called later in the afternoon to get ac checked because it was not cooling. He was on another job but called back to set up visit that evening. He called before arriving to give heads up he was on the way. Was very friendly and professional. He was unable to repair the unit which was old but gave a very fair estimate for replacement. While going through options for replacement Jay was more then willing to work with us to get it done. When we set up replacement he and his team got it installed quickly. Jay did a walk through to verify the installation and make sure everything was good. I strongly recommend giving Jay a call if you need Ac repair. He has definitely gained a customer for any future ac needs. It's nice to have someone local who appreciates his customers and will take care of them to the best of his ability and not just a large chain trying to make a profit.

During the winter storm, our furnace broke down as soon as we got power back in the house. We got a recommendation for Jay from our neighbors and he was willing to troubleshoot over the phone, free of charge. After determining I needed service, Jay was responsive and professional in getting our heat back up during the freezing temperatures.

Wow! Jay called me back immediately, and kept me updated as to when he would be able to come service my AC. He came within a few hours and was very helpful teaching my husband and I about what our problem was and how to avoid it again in the future. His service call and labour charge was very reasonable. Its not easy to find an honest and affordable tradesmen these days. Highly recommend him.

Deerwood are professionals! They don’t just come with a nice laminated folder with fancy pictures and ‘clean air machines’, they come for work! Jay was very upfront with what he could offer in terms of new replacement for our old 14 year old unit. HOWEVER he was also upfront what it would take to repair the unit and spare a person like me, who doesn’t have all of the funds to spend on a new unit this very minute. They’re not fancy.. and if that’s what you need, you can find many businesses charging $$$$ more for that privilege. With so many people in the business it was a overwhelming process but when i met with Jay, after a good neighbor recommended him, the choice was too easy! Thanks again, Deerwood Air

Omg!! Nothing but good things to say about Jay and his staff. We reached out to the company after our ac has problems cooling. This was especially frustrating because we just had repairs the year before and it was a extremely hot summer. Jay immediately responded to our call and volunteered to come by the same day. Once he arrived he was very personable and friendly. He made us laugh but also took the time to explain the problem and how his company work. He later called back to provide us additional information about the system and reassurance. His price was reasonable and the work professionally done. We are very happy and would recommend him to everyone.

We had a problem with our furnace at the house so we called our home warranty company. They sent a company out who ended up trying to sell us a new furnace. My wife and I decided to get a second opinion and came upon Jay at Deerwood. Jay came to the house looked at our furnace and within minutes realized we needed a new control board. That was it. He replaced the part and got our furnace working and our house warm again. Jay was extremely professional, helpful, and personable. He will from now on be my go to HVAC technician!

I want to personally Thank Deerwood Air Solutions especially the Owner and his crew. Sitting at home late in the evening google repairs and found this awesome company. Mind you it was after office and we all know the heat index in Houston. It was hot but the owner of this company answered and came over in less than an hour and OMG I had air. I was told years ago I needed to replaced inside and outside units but was not comfortable with other companies. Jay spoke to me and my husband and just his professionalism and his expertise I was sold.
