Power Plumbing Service Company did an excellent job for me on August 26, 2025. The service technician, Jeremy Davis, was outstanding, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of properly and made the entire experience stress-free. Jeremy’s friendly attitude and expertise were truly impressive, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I highly recommend Power Plumbing Service Company for any plumbing needs, and I would especially recommend requesting Jeremy.

We had a toilet backup that was making our shower backup as well we called Power Plumbing and they sent Cameron and he was most helpful and very knowledgeable and there service is great and no stress. Thanks guys . Highly recommend this company.

The technician came out & looked at my plumbing before giving me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable & polite, explained the process & answered all my questions. The office was easy to work with. They cleaned up after installing whole house water softener & filter.

This review consists of two parts with two different technicians. The first one David came to fix the clog and leaks on my bathroom sink. I paid $600 for his one hour work. By my calculations, he was charging more than my doctor at MD Anderson. He told me the leaks are guaranteed for one year, but no warranty on the clog. Before he left , I asked him if he replaced the lost seal ring on the ball at the cap. He said no, but he said it was not leaking then. After he left. I decided to give a more thorough check. Sure enough it was leaking at the cap where the ball was. I called immediately and he came back. He said he would have to charge me extra to fix the leak because it was not leaking when he left. I got really upset. He talked to his boss and decided to send another technician, Nolan. He fixed the leak. So I am happy with the second technician. I am still wondering why it cost me $600 to unclog and fix a simple bathroom sink leak. In my younger days when I can bend and kneel, I could have done it myself. Anyone can provide me an answer if this charge is fair?
The first technician David also offered me a “complete” package at $1700, which he said he would use a fancy machine to clean the clog. I am glad I did not take his bait.
Got a call from a manager Maxwell the day after posting review. He was very polite and courteous, and wanted to hear my side of the story. I was pleasantly surprised by the call, and appreciated that they cared. With that, I changed my review.

Cameron was so helpful! He talked me through the issue and gave me a few different options as to what he could do to fix it. The way he explains things really helps put everything in perspective and everything is running smoothly now. I know who to ask for next time there's an issue!

Had a good experience working with Abdul on working out upfront details. Very helpful on options and what I could choose from. Installation done by Roman who was professional and gave a solid walk through of the installation plan.

Kody Buxton was very professional. Wasted no time in getting work once he got here. Took care of all of our needs and did excellent work for our plumbing needs. Will definitely call again if we have any other issues with our plumbing. He gave us the service that everyone needs.

Our garbage disposal was not working properly and it was making our sink not drain. We called Sunday and got an appointment the very next day!

Jeremy Davis is the best plumber at Power Plumbing Services. He is super knowledgeable, he walked me thru fixing my DIY toilet project concerning my Flush Valve on my toilet. He knew exactly how to fix the issue with my limited homeowner speak. Got it fixed the first time. I would recommend Power Plumbing Services and Jeremy Davis to anyone in Humble and the surrounding areas.

Appreciate the honesty and professionalism of this company. Was quoted almost $3000 to replace our previous water heater and power plumbing was able to fix it for much less. Jeremy and his apprentice came out the next day and did a great job removing/setting up the new one.

Funny story behind this review… I was actually trying to call another plumbing company and this company pulled up and I didn’t see it. I called them for an issue that I was having on a customer‘s home and Tim Gilpin showed up at my customer’s house within an hour to do the work. They quoted the job fairly. Their customer service was great and Tim was very responsive to any questions I had. I am definitely keeping their contact information to call again if I am ever needing their services. Best mistaken call ever!

I’ve been a Power Plumbing customer and member for about eight months, and Roman recently installed new shower handles, a new valve, and new stems for us. The installation went smoothly, and so far everything is working great. He was professional, straightforward, and made sure the job was completed properly before leaving. We appreciate the work and the improved performance of our shower.

We have used Power plumbing services in Humble, Texas before. We had an issue with plumbing, due to the freeze, so we called them for help! Really happy with Abdul Rahman. He came on time to look at the issue.
I have to say he was so friendly and polite and helpful! He spent time with me looking at the pipes and the configuration we had. He gave a bid for the minimum, a second one for more improvements and a third one, to make it even better so that the next time we have a freeze everything would be taken care of.
There was never any pressure as to which level of work I wanted done. Also I knew it made sense because we had already repaired it once and it didn’t survive the freeze.
So refreshing to speak with a plumber who helps you walk through the process and understand it. I highly recommend power plumbing services and really appreciate the technician, Abdul Rahman.

My last advice to those of you reading this is to become a member of power plumbing. I was able to get a discount on the services. What I like most is the honesty of the bids and being given different options.
If they had 10 stars, I will give Abdul of power plumbing 10 stars! That’s how happy I am with the work!

Abdul was great! Diagnosed the problem and fixed my disposal. He's extremely knowledgeable. Had a drainage problem that needed further work that he arranged. Highly recommend Abdul and Powers!

The next day, Jarrod Hurst came to clear a badly clogged drain, which took him approximately 7 hours of extremely patient and dogged work! He is an amazing and knowledgeable plumber! If you experience a drainage problem, he's the plumber to call! I recommend Jerrod highly. He was absolutely amazing!

I highly and I mean highly recommend this company. Not only did they come out within 2 hours of me calling for an appointment, but the tech was incredibly informative and knowledgeable. His name is Jarrod and he taught me a lot and looked at many parts of my home and informed me on things that may need to be fixed or corrected. I would use them again. They even checked in on me after they came out. I really appreciate this company and their tech.
