They unclogged my sink and in less than a week it messed up again. I called to see if they can come in again and she said that the work had no warranty and I had to pay another $320 for the work. Paying $600 in less than a week IS CRAZY.

On two recent occasions, I have needed emergency plumbing services. After being told by several companies that they could not respond immediately, I was fortunate to discover Eli's Plumbing. On both occasions, Eli himself responded within an hour. Crews were immediately dispatched and the jobs completed expeditiously. Besides the exceptional response time, Eli and his Team are extremely courteous. The "little things" that matter such as cleanup and putting sod neatly back in place after digging is done with thoroughness. Finally, the pricing is fair and more than reasonable. I recommend Eli's Plumbing as the go-to experts in our area!

We had a major problem with a a backup. Eli gave us the straight but unwelcome news that our sewer pipe had collapsed. He and his crew took care of the problem which was even worse than expected. I was worried about the problem and the cost described but everything Eli said matched what I had been seeing. It all made sense when he talked about what they found. Honest , professional ,great people. Couldn't find

I had a very positive experience with Eli’s Plumbing (Jan 2023). I had a hot water unit leaking, with damage to the ceiling of the bedroom below. Eli was able to fit me in – 3 hours after I called. They arrived the next day and installed two new units. This is why I am 100% happy and satisfied: Eli listened to my concerns, listened and answered all my questions, talked me through options – size gas , tankless etc. He spent a lot of time talking to me - I didn't feel rushed. Eli also answered my questions about the warranty etc. He also gave me advice on the damage to the ceiling. The whole crew where very respective of the house – putting down cardboard, taking of shoes, even sweeping up leaves that came in the front door. Any communication with the office was very prompt. I have found my new plumber! Thanks guys!

We had a water leak from our water filtration system and Eli and Kevin came to our rescue and the problem was fixed in less than 24 hours. They are super friendly and professional and will definitely be using them again for our plumbing needs.

We had an emergency situation and I couldn't get any of the other plumbers to come, but I called him and all can say is that he was AWESOME! He took care of the problem, explained everything to me and gave me what I thought was a fair price for his work. He also had a great, very welcoming personality. I will definitely use him again and I will refer him to my friends.

Great company to hire. Very reasonable prices compared to other companies. Came out and installed water heater very efficiently and excellent quality work. Eli and his son Kevin are honest hardworking people. I wouldn't call anyone else.

We called them out to quote us on replacing water heaters. They came out, the guy said we would receive the quote via email later that day. We never recieved it. I called 5 days later and was told I'd get it later THAT day as well. I gave my email because sometimes it can slip from my husband to check if he recieved it. Nothing. I called again the next day and was told they were waiting on Eli to review it and he'd be in by 5 pm. It was about 4 pm at that time....nothing... needless to say, we went with another company that took care of us in less time that they have taken to just send me a quote.

The absolute BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced!! I had an emergency plumbing leak from my washing machine box on the day I was closing on the sale of my home. Closing was delayed until the leak was repaired; I googled “emergency plumber” and Eli’s plumbing came up. Mr. Eli was able to come out immediately(within 20 minutes of call), he assessed the problem, ordered the part, and the repair was completed 1st thing the following morning!! The office staff was very professional and helpful during this process. Let’s just say I’ve found my new plumbing service for life!! Thank you Eli’s Plumbing for such a pleasurable experience.

I've used the Eli Plumbing team several times, for really large problems and for a few minor issues. The guys are always really nice, professional and fix the problem, leaving everything perfect! I also really appreciate that they are usually able to come the same day I call them, which was not an option with other plumbers I've used.

Call Eli‘s on Monday afternoon and they came out same day to give an estimate on our water heater issue. Very professional prompt came out the very next day installed the new water heater. Their professionalism is awesome very thorough and completed the job in a timely manner very very happy with them.

The gentlemen of Eli’s Plumbing were very punctual with arrival time, very professional and personable as well as patient in explaining the problem and how to fix it. The repair was well done and they insisted on cleaning up even after I told them I would take care of it. When I need a Plumber, they’re on my speed dial as the only ones I’ll call.

Eli has been our plumber since we moved in back in 2008. From water heater replacement, pipe alterations, shower pan installs, and garbage disposals, Eli's has done fantastic work. His prices are fair for the quality and professionalism he provides. I highly recommend this family-run company.

Called to have someone come out to look at issues with all of our toilets, shower head leak, and bathroom sink leak. They came out within 24hrs and was able to assist with addressing all of our issues in no time at a reasonable price. Appreciate Kevin for assisting and being informative with what the root causes were. Recommend this company and appreciate how they were able to get everything back to normal. Very happy with their service. Will definitely reach out again if any further issues occur in the future.
