I needed a licensed plumber to verify what was put in my house inspection. Unfortunately this was an opportunity for him to say that things are bad and need repairs. I needed to get my t&p valve tested on my water heater and he stated it was hot which means it's bad and leaking by, even though the bleed outside was bone dry. Given price $350 for a part that costs $18.99 at Lowe's. After my dissatisfaction with price he was willing to negotiate. The next day I called to say the new valve was also hot. He stated it's supposed to be hot because it's attached to the hot water heater.. (wait.. what?..) Work was done well I just felt scammed.

They were awesome super professional they were able to give me a price on the phone at least a rough estimate and came out the same exact day on time, very courteous, and in comparison, great pricing!! I called a few other companies, and either they didn’t answer or couldn’t give me a price and wanted to charge me to come out and you just look at. It is awesome to actually talk to someone as soon as I called!

Dennis was available and around very quick. The repair was done with high quality and also quick. I think by accident I found a plumber that I can trust and that I would call at any time I need him.

This man is a life saver, he repaired a main pipe break under neath the ground. Him and his crew worked fast, they did a good job and i havent had a problem since 10/ 10 A+++++++ reasonable price, TRUST ME he knows what he is doing

I have used Dennis and his team for hot water install and a leak we had our by our water meter. Fast, responsive, reasonable pricing and good quality work each time. Highly recommend!

DG Plumbing responded to an emergency plumbing request problem on a Monday holiday. Dennis Guzman arrived promptly in less than 2 hours & completed the needed work efficiently & at reasonable cost.

Dennis did a great job. He checks then double checks all of the work that he done. He answered all of my questions.

Dennis canceled our repair two days in a row. When I asked him about it, he gave me an attitude and said I could just hire someone else. So I did, I hired JD Precision who was able to handle our project the same day for cheaper. Dennis is unprofessional and tried to rip us off.

Edit: He called me after leaving this review to complain and insult me. Very rude and childish.

DG plumbing was Fast and took care of Water Heater right before we had a full house for the Holidays. They came out the 1st time to assess the issue which was our water softener and our water heater. The next day i called them back to take install a new water heater. With 3 kids at home and work and school DG plumbing worked around our schedule and their Prices were the best (I called 3 other companies). We had Great customer service from Paris.

Old review but absolute scam. Had him come over to my elderly family members house while I was at work to see why the hot water wasn't working in the shower. He shows up and notices a soft spot in the floor saying it was from the AC drain. Then proceeds to fix the AC drain without confirming with me as instructed during our initial call. Calls me after and says the inspection was $65. I ask if he looked at the shower and he says he would have to tear into the wall to find what it could be and just that would be $950. So already quoting me with having no clue what the issue was. Way overpriced so I agree to the $65 for the inspection on the AC drain and be on his way. After work, I go inspect the AC drain. He replaced MAYBE 10ft of 1/4in PVC with flex hose. I check my bank statement and he charged me $650 instead of $65 we agreed upon. After calling him the next day to correct the charge, he argued saying "it was raining" and "I should have told him before he left." His receipt afterwards only had 1 line: "Plumbing $650.00." No parts, no labor, no inspection fee. Absolute scam taking advantage of the elderly while I was at work. If I had this in text, I would have taken him to court instead of just his word against mine. The fact it has been a moderate time ago and still sits with me this bad should show how scummy it was. DO NOT HIRE
