We had a problem with the master bathroom toilet backing up into the shower. Alex showed up on time and solved the problem. I would recommend Jared’s Plumbing and would also use them again if needed.

I called Jared Plumbing today and they were able to come out within 2 hours. They resolved my kitchen plumbing problem quickly and efficiently. They were very polite and most importantly, they cleaned up after themselves. They even used sanitizer wipes to clean up all the surfaces. Very pleased with their service. Thank you.

Totally price gouged me. Charged me $380 to cap off a pvc pipe. Ridiculous. I think their prices are based on what they pull up to. Never again and I’ll make sure everyone I know doesn’t use them. My husband ended up telling me that he got ripped off by them once as well. Should’ve consulted with him before calling them out.

My kitchen sink stopped up last night during dinner prep; I called Jared's (after hours) the phone was answered immediately and I was put on the schedule for today. Talk about service!! We have used Jared's for all our plumbing needs over the years and they have yet to disappoint!!

Alex came to my home during the January winter freeze. I was so afraid I had a pipe burst in my home because I had water leaking under my sinks in my bathroom. It turned out that when I had my turned my faucet on to drip, I didn't do it correctly and the faucet was leaking under the sink. No frozen pipe at all. They came out very quickly and knew the problem right away. What a relief. I very strongly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I noticed a water leak near my water meter and the City of Houston had sent an inspector out. I was home when the inspector arrived and hoping to help I told the inspector that I had not seen any increased usage on my side of the meter so I did not think it was on my side. I let him do his thing but he did not do any digging and did not seem prepared to get the water out of the meter box. He ended up determining that it was an issue on my side.

I called Jared’s Plumbing because I found their ad on the bulletin for St. Martha’s. At first they said they might not be able to send someone out that same day but I brought up that it seemed to be quite the leak and they were able to make it work and came out same day. They arrived on site and within 10 minutes they did what they were supposed to do and found out where the issue was, showed me, and confirmed that it was actually an issue on the city’s side of the meter.

Then they waived their fee which is something most businesses do not do nowadays. Because of their integrity they are the top of my list for my future plumbing needs and I look forward to be a client because I know I can trust a business that operates the way they do.

I can’t say enough good things about Jared’s Plumbing. We had a sudden plumbing emergency at our home in Houston that could have turned into a complete nightmare.
