OMG! I love Leslie! She was on time, does an amazing job cleaning and surprisingly, it didn’t take as long as I thought would. I’m always on the go and it’s hard to keep things tidy when living a fast pace life. The last cleaning crew did a horrible job and it 3 of them! Leslie did amazing and she was BY HERSELF! I will continue to do business with her….bonus she’s so sweet, very professional. Highly recommend.

Leslie is the absolute best! She has been cleaning our home for close to 10 years now! I’m not one to write reviews, but this one had to be written! I’m amazed every single time she comes to clean. She makes my home look good and smell good! No matter how hard I try it’s never the same as when she cleans. I really don’t know what I’d do without her. She makes my heart happy.

Called for a move out cleaning of my apartment just enough to get my security deposit back. Not only was she able to squeeze me in for the next day Leslie and the lady working with her did an amazing job and did way more than they had to. The apartment wasn't even as clean when I moved in

The Cleaning Authority has been wonderful to work with! We have a very large house and the first visit, Vanessa, Lupe and Maria spent ALL day and part of the next one doing a deep cleaning. They come every two weeks to clean a floor on a rotating schedule. I have been extremely pleased...their work is excellent and they work as an efficient team. I can highly recommend!

Go with this team, you won't be disappointed. The sign of a great company is how they respond when things don't go to plan. Special thanks to Tyler, Jennifer and Dakota who make me smile every time I walk in after they've come, including the time I accidently upped the temp to 80 inside. I haven't had my house cleaned professionally since the pandemic started. With 5 kids at home, I was feeling overwhelmed trying to keep it up on my own and especially since my in-laws are coming to visit tomorrow. My cleaning team did an amazing job! I love the attention to detail they have with the bedrooms and baseboards They even cleaned under my couch cushions! It feels great to have the entire house cleaned at the same time. Can't wait to have them come clean again!

Janice and Kaily from The Cleaning Authority came to my home today for the initial cleaning. They did a beautiful job and the house looks very nice.

I have been using the Cleaning Authority for about 2 years now. Before I decided to use their services, I had a consultation visit with the owner. He spent over an hour with me answering my questions, explaining how their cleaning program worked (I really like the cleaning rotation model they have in place) for and then walked through our home in order to give me a quote for their service. I was very impressed with him, the company as well as the price. I have had the same crew for almost 2 years now and they are wonderful!! They do a great job and I am VERY happy with the service I have been getting. Anytime I’ve had questions regarding billing, scheduling or anything else, they (both the owner and his assistant) have returned my calls promptly and have always worked with me on scheduling changes, additional cleanings or anything else I’ve needed. I am very satisfied with The Cleaning Authority and would highly recommend them!!

I love how from time to time the managers will personally come to check on us and if we are happy with services. Team #7 with Maria is outstanding as they always do thier due diligence to take care of our home. Team 4, Tracy, Katie and Jayson do an excellent job on cleaning my house. Each room is cleaned the way I used to. As a senior I feel I get great value for my money. I would recommend Cleaning Authority to anyone that likes a clean house but not able to do it themselves including changing the bedding!

We just started using The Cleaning Authority and couldn't be happier! Their cleaning process is great and I feel like each room in the house gets a thorough clean. UPDATE: I did want to back and update my previous review. I had a great experience for a few months when I had a consistent crew. Then, we started having a different crew each cleaning and the service went downhill. You receive texts asking how the service is and I would rate as mediocre or low, but no one ever followed up. They just instruct you to call to provide feedback. I ended up canceling my service, and haven’t heard from anyone since to get my feedback. The owner was nice, but I wish someone would have reached out to address my concerns. I have since moved on to another company.

My experience with the Cleaning Authority has been nothing but pleasant so far. When I submitted an online request for information, the owner contacted me promptly to set up an in-home estimate. I decided to go with the monthly plan for now. My two cleaners just left and I must say, I’m pleasantly surprised. It feels great to be able to sit back and relax in my immaculate home. Looking forward to the next cleaning!

Have been using Cleaning Authority - Humble for years and have always been satisfied. Especially happy with Team 10 who were able to deal with my dog without any problems even when I'm not there….updating in Oct. 2025. Still very happy with their work, Team 4 did a great job today.

Had my first cleaning today with Tracy and Kathey. It was a great experience. They did and amazing job cleaning things I normally don't clean myself. I didn't realize how clean some things could be, until they did it. Very through job in the kitchen and bathrooms. Left everything sparkling and fresh looking. I'm looking forward to my second round of deep cleaning. I highly recommend this service.
