I had a window from 11 to 3 and the tech came at 2:40, I called my neighbor to let her in at 2:41 and the tech was gone by 2:42. She didn’t call me to say she was on her way nor did she give adequate time for someone to open the door. A phone call was made to let me know she was there that was called back at 2:46 and she was allegedly 5 minutes away. When I asked if she could come back she said she didn’t have time in her schedule. Not acceptable.

Dustin was very nice was in the area came over, same day fix the job. His prices very fair. I will 100% recommend him and be using him again if I have a problem with any of my appliances

My washer was giving a 9C8 error code. The repair tech arrived and a few minutes later said the PCB needed to be replaced, but it was discontinued. He did recommended some other washers before sending me the $50 diagnostic invoice. I've only had my Samsung Washer for 2 years, so this was very disappointing. I called ALICE Tech Appliance Repair for a second opinion. The repair tech put in some codes and the error message was gone.

I engaged Appliance Repair of Humble to fix a noise problem with my dryer. Dustin arrived on time, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and explained why an expensive repair was unnecessary. Dustin is very friendly, and I was impressed by his craftsmanship and experience. Highly recommended.

Horrible company, was sent via Choice Warranty. "We need to order the parts, parts are in, ill call you tomorrow, im sick, monday for sure, im on vacation." what a joke and waste of time

We have been very please with the customer service and professionalism of Dustin - technician/owner. He fixed our ice maker last year and came out again this week to fix our stovetop. He goes over and beyond - to communicate and accommodate our schedule to get the repairs done. I highly recommend them!

Writing a review for a very helpful and honest young man with Appliance Repair Humble.
My washer purchased 11/2023 just stopped working after starting a load. It would not turn back on, (I did the basics: unplug/plug back in etc). I am six months out of the warranty so I searched for an appliance repair service, and found recommendations for Appliance Repair Humble.
Oh, it is Saturday evening 5 pm so I really did not expect an answer. To my surprise, Justin answered and was absolutely the best. He gave me a few directions to follow in the phone and immediately knew what the problem was. He told me how long it would take to get the part and an estimated cost for the part. Which is the cost if not more than the washer itself. This young man was so helpful and honest even knowing he may not get my business. Although I decided just to buy a new washer, I will call him with any of my appliance issues. Highly Recommended!!

Dustin-Technician-Owner really took customer service to another level!! I called him February 13th about the problems I was having with my LG washer, namely the drainage pump. He gave
me his professional opinion and I decided to change the pump myself (just wanted to do it myself). On the 21st, I called him because my LG front load washer was still having the same issues after replacing the pump twice, two days back to back! Justin was leaving a service call, he pulled over into a parking lot, and talked me through the process! As much as I didn't want to do it, he recommended that I change the pump one more time because it was under warranty. I did and he talked me through the process of testing or diagnosing the motherboard and pump. Ultimately, I got it to work, but I am very grateful for his TIME and PATIENCE in dealing with me, over the phone. Much THANKS and I'd GLADLY recommend him and his company to anyone in the HOUSTON/HUMBLE area!!!

Dustin met me on a holiday when he was taking time off, gave me sound advice and helped me find a suitable replacement part same day. I needed his expertise bc my exact part was days away - he knew how fridge worked and suggested alternatives that I could find that day. Food didn’t spoil in the cooler, avoided a new fridge purchase on Black Friday for a $20 part. Winning.

Avery is the Pros Pro!! This service is extremely professional in everything they do. The explanation of the issue was fantastic with no hidden/surprise fees at the completion of the job. I can’t recommend them high enough. They really are that good! Do not hesitate to call them if you need something repaired right.

Avery is AWESOME. Call him. No need to call anybody else. The guy knows his stuff (worked for a major appliance brand for 7 yrs before starting his own business), has reasonable prices, and professional. You’ll also be supporting a local family business (it’s Avery and his wife that run this). Seriously, I was over the moon that he could repair my dryer for a reasonable rate. Would 1000% recommend and I’ll definitely reach out again if we have any other issues with our appliances.

I normally do not leave writing reviews. However, after reading the extremely negative review that was left, I could not imagine this was the same technician who visit and repaired my appliance.

Mr. Beall was extremely professional with attention to details with quality workmanship. Avery immediately attended to correcting the problem, as well as, any additional item that interfered with the appliance performing properly.

In addition beyond the scope of the service call for the dishwasher, Avery contacted my warranty company and informed them of the additional details of damaged hardware needed to be replaced that would ensure all repairs could be completed that day.
