Amazing service and an amazing technician-Avery helped me with a home warranty claim better than the actual home warranty company! He kept me updated throughout the process, which was long due to a back ordered part, and once available quickly came out and made the repair. Technician; Avery masterfully diagnosed my oven. I have been having issues with the panel and he was able to resolve, search for what I needed, gave me a quote and was able to reschedule me to repair in a timely matter. I explained I needed it done before Thanksgiving and he delivered. 🙌🏽 He was very enthusiastic and focus on resolving my concerns, kept station clean and hazard free because of children in home. Interacted with me throughout diagnosis so I could understand service problem, explained the needed part, and provided estimates. He made sure I read everything before signing and sent email copy. I will forever recommend Beall’s to all family & friends.

Great. Avery arrived on time was courteous and professional. I showed him the issue and he went straight to work diagnosing and remedying the problem quickly. I was very pleased and impressed with their service. I certainly recommend them highly and will call them again when I have appliance issues.

Great fast friendly service. The only thing I'm disappointed on, because I didn't call them first. Went through a couple other tecs that did know what they were doing. Cost me a lot of money. Bealls fixed it, correct.I will only be using them moving forward

He came to fix my refrigerator door seal but he broke my refrigerator door handle. I didn’t realize he had broken it until after he had left my home. I contacted him about it, but he never admitted he broke the handle. He told me he could repair it for 30. If you knew you broke my door handle, you should have notified me and took responsibility. He only offered to repair the handle after I told him that we have video footage of him breaking the handle. We definitely won’t be using this company again.

Had a issue with our refrigerator and the technician Avery explained the problem and fixed it. We also had a problem with our dishwasher and he also fixed it. We will definitely use Beall's in the future. Their service and pricing are great.

Avery came out to service our LG refrigerator twice and I know he won't hesitate to come out again if there are any more problems. What I appreciate about him is his expertise. He is like a doctor: he makes an accurate diagnosis and helped us order the part straight from the LG manufacturer because our fridge was still under warranty. That saved us a ton of money, and as customers, we appreciate that greatly. Avery's follow-up after work hours to check on our fridge was an unexpected surprise and proves that he really cares about his work and customer satisfaction.
