Avery showed up to fix our gas oven that would not relight. He's very professional and extremely knowledgeable in his field of work. He troubleshoots and educates his customers on what could be the issue and how the repair will take place. Uses only factory parts so you know you are getting quality over quantity. On time, clean and polite. Would definitely recommend Avery and his team to anyone in his area that is seeking quality and guaranteed Appliance Repair. Will be using him again should we need any future Appliance Repair work.

What a great experience! Very professional and quick response to begin with. Scheduling was easy. Avery showed up on time and explained everything very thoroughly. I never felt like I was being scammed or pressured, the prices were fair and the service was very fast. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire interaction. He was also very respectful of the home, wore shoe covers, gloves, mask, etc. the entire time. I called around before choosing to use Bealls and I am so happy I chose to use them instead of the others. This is the type of business you feel good about referring your own mother to use! No one else will touch my appliances in the future besides Mr. Bealls!

We received fantastic service from Avery for our washing machine. Although a new part had already been ordered, Avery let us know after inspecting the machine that it didn’t actually need replacing. He was able to fix the issue and only charged us for his service. I was very impressed by Avery’s professionalism and honesty—highly recommended!

After a problem with our Samsung gas dryer even though we had a handyman manually rebalance the feet if the dryer and even use a level to make sure that everything was properly done, after 2 years the dryer was seeming to conk out and the clothes were tumbling unevenly so we needed someone competent to take care of a $1,200 dryer! Through the Home Depot 5-year warranty plan I purchased, they dispatched Bell's appliance service, and Avery was the technician who came to our home. Samsung sent a number of parts in advance for Avery to be able to have it his disposal which was a big plus, but the real gem was Avery's professionalism and ability to diagnose the problem within 5 minutes flat! Avery was professional, attentive to his work and very detail-oriented. Avery did look at the parts and was very thorough checking the entire machine and within a short while he had things absolutely back to brand new like when we bought it 2 years ago! He was even kind enough to go above and beyond to explain things to us and answer any questions we had and assure us that Bill's appliance service would make sure that if this problem occurred within 6 months due to any reason, that we could contact them and they would be back to do even more work or diagnostics. I was highly impressed with Avery and his courtesy, competence, professionalism and the fact that he even came a day earlier than scheduled but had the courtesy to call and check and see if that was okay since he was already in our neighborhood! An absolute five star experience from a very courteous and competent young man who definitely knows how to take care of high-end appliances. The management of Bell's surface company should recognize the Excellence of this young man and how he was such a wonderful ambassador for their company!
