I contacted a site manager named Steve Plumber who was employed by Campbell electric who has 2 offices. One office is in Keller, Tx., & the other is in Hurst, Tx. I contacted both offices by email for someone to call me about their short comings. I waited over 1 week with no response. I hired this company to wire a new construction building. I was given an estimate with detail of the parts & labor. I paid half after 3 months of work that was delayed several times due to emergency calls elsewhere. On November 17th, I was given a final bill upon completion. I noticed several items were not installed & brought this to Mr. Plumber’s attention. He said he would send Austin, his worker to attend to these oversights. Austin never returned. I never received a detail itemized bill or receipt. Customers need to be cautious looking to hire electricians.

Be careful doing business with Campbell. We completed worked for them over 6 months also and still have not been paid. We are in the process of taking legal action. Very unprofessional….

BE CAREFUL. We are also in the process of taking legal actions after our invoice has gone 5 months without being paid. Called the owner to ask for a payment status and I was hung up on. They are not responsive, and are the furthest thing from professional.

Mark was super helpful in diagnosing the problem and coordinating with Oncor to schedule an appointment for them to come out and fix the issue. Will definitely hire them again!

Aaron was able to make it over the same day and not only fixed the problem that I created, he gave us a ton of great information. We definitely recommend and will call Straight up first the next time we need electric work.

Mark from Straight Up Electric was great. He not only fixed my electrical problem it also explained to me why my wiring and the previous electrician’s wiring was not correct. Also, he gave me some advice on smart light bulbs vs smart light switches. I would call Straight Up again.

Aaron is the man. He came out on short notice to diagnose an issue I was having with my meter. Thoroughly explained what was going on and helped critique some other work done by previous electricians. It’s obvious he’s a perfectionist in his work, which is crucial, along with being super down to earth. Much appreciated!

SO great to work with! They installed overhead lights and track lighting in our studio. Cost was reasonable and the contractor was very knowledgable. They also helped fix the botch job from a previous company - which we greatly appreciated! 12/10 would recommend!
