I called to have a guy come out to get a quote, the lady had a bit of an attitude but thought everyone just has bad days and didn’t think much of it. The guy came out early the next week and said he would get me a quote. As someone who had never hired an electrician before I did not know how long it would take for them to get back to me. I called 6 hours after the guy left and asked the ladies in the front. The lady was disrespectful and said that I was going to have to wait until Friday or the next Monday because it was a holiday weekend. That was totally fine but the attitude was uncalled for. I waited until next Tuesday and heard NOTHING! It had been a week and I had not received a quote for one outlet to be installed. So I called again and asked if maybe I missed it in my email or I was doing something wrong and she told me she could not help me and I was going to have to call the guy that gives at the quotes. I called and left a voicemail and he never got back to me. Overall, unresponsive, disrespectful, and untimely. As someone who works in the customer service industry this was extremely disappointing. I ended up using a different company that came out and gave me a quote and got the job done in 24 hours. Could not be more confused and disappointed with this business.

The woman that answered the phone was very polite and helpful. I've never hired an electrician before and she got me over to someone that was able to answer all my questions i believe her name was ashlee she was great! I Love this company! They were super affordable and friendly.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Coty Owen Electrical saved the day at my house. I had my service line changed from overhead wire to underground cable. The work was started by a different firm but they were not able to complete the work. Coty Owen kindly agreed to inherit the job and they came through with flying colors. They did a fantastic job with their own work and sorting out the mess of others. They are incredibly professional, courteous, and diligent - and despite having to work under the August sun never made a single complaint - they just got on with the work and did a quick and efficient job at a very fair price. I look forward to working with them again.

I’m sure they would be great if they ever would show up. I waited all day for an appointment that was supposed to be at 9.
I finally called them back at 1:30 and I’m not even sure they ever had me on their schedule. The person working the phone thought I was another commercial customer and told me everyone had already left for the holiday!!! I spoke with a manager who was supposed to call me back and he never called back.
Then as I was driving out of my house I saw their truck two houses down from mine.
What has happened to customer service these days.

Excellent and honest service by Henry and his team. We are so thankful to have found them. They have our business from now on both residential and commercial.

I called this company to have them come out because one of my outside electronical switches outside wasn’t working and they guided me over the phone as to what the problem might be and how to fix it. Exactly what they said was the case and it was fixed in 10 minutes without them coming. There knowledge and professionalism helped me and there was no unnecessary monies spent for something that was a click of a switch.

I needed some new electric lines run to the kitchen and the straight forward solution would've meant cutting open a lot of drywall. To avoid that, Henry came up with an alternate solution that avoided all that, so if you're looking for someone who does good work and will work with you to find the right solution for your needs, these guys are a good choice.

Called this afternoon because my refrigerator and microwave were out. Henry was able to come within an hour and repaired some defective wiring at the wall. The cost was very reasonable.

Henry and his son are a quality team. They bent over backward to be sure we were pleased with the job. This is the second time we have used Arrow in Hurst, they are friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

We engaged Arrow Electric of Hurst, TX to install uplights on the front of our home, Ring Floodlight Cameras around our home and spotlights in our backyard. I recently moved in to old fliped house with really bad electrical work (bathroom light switch turns on 4 outlets in livingroom etc...). Also my house has gas dryer set up with 110v, but I wanted 240v-4 prong standard set up. They came out the day I called and gave me an estimate. They are very professional, and get things done. I will use their service again for more electrical anomaly I find in my house. Very satisfied with the service, competitive price.

This was truly the worst experience I've ever had with a consult. I contacted Arrow for a consultation on hard wiring my security system, fixing my doorbell, and getting clarification on light switches that were hooked up to a smart system that is no longer in the house and I wanted to make sure they would all still work properly. This jamoke came to my house, looked at me like I was crazy for wanting to hire an ELECTRICIAN to do ELECTRICAL work at my house. Seemed confused about what hard wiring means - and told me multiple times that hubs and keypads can't be hard wired because there isn't somewhere to PLUG IN the USB or hub plug - like, duh guy. That's why I am trying to hire your company to HARD WIRE it. Then when telling him that I recently took the working doorbell off and installed a wired nest ring cam but the ringer wasn't working, he told me over and over again that the chime is broken and doesn't work. It worked yesterday. It's worked for 50 years, but sure - ok. Then he kept asking me when I wanted them to come install the new light switched. Yeah. Right. Never happening. His last words were "Usually we charge a service call fee but we didn't accomplish anything so I guess I'll let that go". Gee, thanks. What a waste of 30 minutes. Terrible excuse for an electrician. Don't waste your time, even if you won't pay for it.

I called Arrow to ask for advice/recommendations on what I should do with my electrical dilemma. The customer service was A+. While other electrical companies only wanted to come out and charge a service and wouldn’t even talk. Arrow stepped up and walked me through things to verify if I really needed their services. Most companies would just say you need a new panel and you wouldn’t know. Honesty is a big factor when asking a company for advice and Arrow was just that. I got a real comfortable feeling talking to them knowing I wasn’t being bullied or fed bad information.

Arrow Electrical saved the day for us on New Years Eve! We came home to a power outage throughout parts of our house that we were unable to fix on our own. They talked us through the problem on the phone, and we were able to quickly solve the issue together.
