I have a rental property in Euless. The ballast for a kitchen light stopped working. I had another company gives me a bid for the job of repairing it but that company stated it had to be replaced with an LED light fixture. I asked them questions about the LED light. You could only contact that company by email but they didn't answer all my questions so I decided to research for another electrician. I found Arrow and called. Henry answered all my questions concerning LED light fixtures. The tenant was happy with his work and professionalism. I was happy with the service as well. He was prompt and professional.

I called today (Saturday) with an issue of no power to our furnace, so no AC. It’s a hot summer day. Henry answered the phone, listened to what the problem was, and was happy to come out. He quoted a time frame of 12-3. He was at my home around 11am. He diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes and gave a plan of action to fix the problem. He was friendly, professional, and prompt!
It was an average to expensive fix, but you pay for experience. We are very happy with the service, and will definitely use Henry again, as well as recommend him to our friends. A+ service.

Called Arrow Electric for issue in my garage. Henry arrived soon after my call. He determined the problem and fixed the issue. Also gave me good info on my old house wiring. Was charged a very fair price and I will use Arrow Electric again for sure!

Father/son team. I dealt with both guys and they were both excellent. Dad answered when I called in and actually listened and tried to troubleshoot over the phone. Completely transparent on pricing up front. Son came by to sort out our electrical issues. He was very kind and highly competent. He replaced old switches and plugs, fixing what needed to be fixed affordably instead of charging me an arm and a leg for things I didn’t need. I am very impressed by their integrity and level of service. Highly recommended.

These guys were very professional. We moved into an older home, so had our service upgraded, and they brought the home up to code. There was 50 years of electrical modifications that they reviewed and corrected as necessary. I would use them again and would recommend to everyone.

I had an issue with a ceiling fan and a light fixture and Henry was able to get me scheduled quickly. He’s a nice guy and very knowledgeable, I would definitely recommend!

I contacted Henry at Arrow Electric Service to put in GFCI plug for my dishwasher. He was able to fit me in the following day, which I deeply appreciate. He was very professional and installed a GFCI breaker quickly and help me prepare for my new dishwasher. I will definitely hire Arrow again for any future electrical needs. I highly recommend their service!

Henry was kind and patient. Answered on a boiling hot Saturday afternoon and came out that day for a repair. He walked me through possible solutions to fix the issue. When those didn’t work, he came out promptly and told me what I needed to do with Oncor. Showed me the problem and the repair. When Oncor came to my house to cut the power, he talked to the electrician to determine the severity of the issue. After the repair was done, I had trouble getting Oncor back out to restore power. He called them himself to explain I was recovering from cancer treatment and couldn’t be in the heat. He answered all my questions about what was this/that. I recently lost my father and didn’t know anything really about the outside parts. All the other electric folk I called wanted $400 to just come out and nobody would until the next day. I am so grateful to Henry for being honest and kind. The price was extremely fair. Henry cares. My fire hazard picture attached!

Save time go somewhere else !!!!

I called this company who referred Brian to come out and do an estimate for our community HOA because it’s commercial project.

Brian came out did an estimate and never followed up. Sent me a website told me to pick my lights… I typically hire companies so they can tell me there expertise, not pass the buck back to
Me.

and then never gave me a cost. I had to follow up with him three times and at the end it was still an argument as opposed to just getting a proposal quote it’s a monumental waste of time. Go somewhere different.

Henry is awesome. It's extremely hard to find and trust people nowadays with being honest in their work and Henry is just that. Honest, very knowledgeable, straight to the point and we have already saved his number for future needs. Thank you, Henry and we are going to share your information with others!

Henry is an awesome electrician. He helped my wife and I with a hardwired appliance. He was patient and explained it to us as we are first time home owners. Electrical switch repair. Thirty minutes $360. Rip-off . This is not an electrical service. It is a broker/contractor who essentially doubles the actual labor charges of an independent electrician who receives the leads from Hurst Electric. Problem fixed but outrageous charge.
