We have used Metroguard for 25 years. We always use Mark. We are on an annual plan with visits 4 times a year but they are quick to respond if we have anything come up in between. Mark goes above and beyond and works great around our pets. I highly recommend!

Mark has been our representative for several years. He is responsible, knowledgeable, kind, dependable and thorough. I have also had great experience with your customer service team. Very flexible in scheduling and easy to contact. Big thumbs up!!!

Our yard is quite large, Supporting large Areas of landscaping, making pest control somewhat of a challenge, the person and the company that we chose to use Metro guard with its representative Matt. Matt, who represents metro guard to us, is one of those rare individuals that you only come across once in a great while and once you locate an individual of such character and Work ethic, you keep them for as long as you can. Matt enjoys what he does (it shows)and makes it look effortless, more over, It’s the outcome that stands out when he’s all done. There is nothing out of place or missed! In all the years of using Metro Guard / Matt, we have never had to have a call back just regular scheduled service. Now, I know there’s other companies out there and they might do a fairly good job but that’s the difference with Metro guard/Matt, when it’s not required will go above and beyond! We will always use metro guard, and Matt.

I have used Metro Guard for years. Their techs are always good. But Denzel, the most recent tech, was exceptional! It is apparent that he enjoys his job. He was thorough, not taking short cuts. And he was patient to explain the type of ants and how to identify them. I appreciate that, courteous and knowledgeable.

Switching to this pest control company was a good choice. We had experienced problems with rodents and I am very pleased with the results. Our quarterly service is outstanding. From setting up the appointments to timely arrivals, it is always met with professional customer service. Quality service and fair pricing is exceptional. Henry is always friendly, greets with a smile and cares about his customers. Great to make sure my questions are answered and very thorough on the treatments. Thanks !

Metro Guard (and in particular Mark Johnson) is great! Fantastic service. I use them quarterly, for years now. Mark Johnson always treats my house - he has a great personality and does a thorough job! In fact, I’m not even sure I’m on his normal route, but he came out one time and was so good I started asking for him by name. He puts me at the end of his normal route and drives out of his way to take care of my home. A++ customer service from Mark and Metro Guard!

A company can teach the technical skills needed by employees to execute the service(s) offered. However, the more meaningful, and one might argue mission critical skills and attributes ‘successful’ employees need, are far more elusive and can seldom be taught; ie accountability, responsibility, trustworthiness, honesty, thoughtfulness, generosity, and pleasant personality. And that is why Mark is our ‘pest control partner and friend’ from Metro Guard. He possesses and demonstrates all these traits!

Perhaps there are other excellent pest control companies offering comparable quality and pricing in the area. I don’t know; never looked. However, what they are highly unlikely to have is Mark.

Have been using Metro Guard Pest Control for over a decade, which in itself says something about their service. They come out quarterly and ad hoc whenever I have one-off issues. I've seen a lot of different techs over the years and they've all been great. Denzel P was out here recently he and did a great job treating the house. He was punctual, professional, and polite. 5/5 stars.

Mario Vallejo is an exceptional technician, honest and friendly. He cares if you are satisfied with the company’s service provided. I have used Metro Guard Pest Control for twenty years and they are wonderful and consistent and very prompt to work with!! I love that they make a friendly call to remind you that it’s time for maintenance pest control in and around my home and property.

Matt just came out and first thing he did was put on shoe booties, which I was very thankful for. He was polite, professional, and quick. Answered all my questions. He didn’t try to push a big contract on me. Although he offered contract services, I never felt pushed or like I was being “over sold”. He overall met my expectations. Glad we chose Metro Guard instead of some other big name businesses.

Denzel did a GREAT job! Professional service, very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He was patient with my questions, explained what he was doing as he did it, and provided info on how everything works. He also detailed what you should or should not do as well as what to expect.

I highly recommend to anyone needing pest control as they provide a free estimate and pricing was reasonable for my needs.

We've been using Metro Guard for over 20 years and have always been very satisfied with the service. Our technician is John - and he is great! He is thorough with the service and takes the time to explain what he did. We only use John - even if we have to wait for an opening - he is worth it!

Denzel was great! Very professional and extremely helpful. He explained the problem and my options for treatment. He worked outside around the house, throughout inside and the attic explaining what he was doing while he worked. Extremely impressed! Will request him specifically if I have any issues in the future.

We have had metroguard for about 26 years but our tech-Denzel that we had today was by far the most thorough. He was here almost an hour and a half where many have come and gone in 20/30 min. We will always ask for this tech in the future and hopefully he can stop our carpenter ant issue.

Eric was great to work with. He did a phenomenal job at explaining what he was doing and how, the results expected and any precautions. He made sure to be on time to our appointment and finish by a certain time as i had to head back to work. If you are looking for a pest control company, this company is your go to. Eric will take care of you and make sure your property is protected.
