We have used Metro Guard for almost 20 years as our pest control service. Their service technician (Ed) has always been prompt, polite, careful with treatment applications, and he always remembers past treatments & problems. Ed is completely thorough and complete. Highly recommend Metro Guard since they have always been professional and provide reliable service.

John went above and beyond to find the issue I have had for over a year that other companies couldn't resolve. He performed a thorough inspection of every room. His customer service was top tier. Definitely will recommend this company .

I have been using Metro Guard for over 10 years. Mark Johnson is the technician that thoroughly treats the interior and exterior of my home quarterly. If needed they will retreat at no charge in between visits to insure that my home is pest free (rarely do I need retreats in between). Mark is knowledgeable, courteous and trustworthy. I am extremely happy with Metro Guard from the initial point of contact with their friendly staff to the actual pest control services received.

I would recommend Metro Guard Termite and Pest Control highly. Mario Valleso is my tech and I always ask for him to come and do my service. He is efficient, amiable and listens to what I tell him is happening around my house. Last year I needed extra help with red ants and Mario was able to apply ant control for the yard.
I have used Metro Guard for over 25 years. I haven't had a live bug in my house in all those years. I also use their termite treatment and have been satisfied with that service.

Their techs are outstanding too. William has been servicing our house for so long that he knew the previous owners (!) I hear he’s retiring soon, however, the new guy who has been coming through, James, is a delight. He has a great attitude and is very thorough. I haven’t met any other new techs but James should be the standard (hear that management 😉!)

Impeccable service all around. Easy to schedule, always prompt, courteous, and thorough job. We are longtime customers and rely on their maintenance schedule to protect our home. Always prompt and very friendly. The service is quite successful as I am phobic of spiders. We have an annual agreement and if ever an issue in between visits, I notify them and they come spray again perimeter of the house. Strongly recommend Metro-Guard. Ed is our awesome technician!!!

I have been using MetroGuard for 15+ years and I love them. Mike came out today and was super friendly and nice and took the time to go over what I wanted. I actually worked for them 22 years ago, and saw for myself what an honest and reputable company they are, and when I moved into my first house I hired them right away. If you do not want bugs in your house and you want a company that does what they say they will and will not rip you off, hire MetroGuard!

Now I can only recommend Metro Guard if he’s the one coming to your home. I’ve had others from Metro Guard give their unsolicited opinions on my home, my marriage, and my working from home. It’s easy to let your personal issues bleed over into a professional setting. We’re all human. But I wouldn't be their customer if it weren't for John D. Extremely professional and responsive. My tech, Carlos was extremely knowledgeable,polite, respectful, and thorough. I had wasps inside and outside constantly and within 20 minutes of the treatment they had completely stopped. I appreciate their attention to detail and their excellent customer service. Definitely recommend!
