My tile and grout was professionally cleaned and sealed. Our Service Technician, Travis Mullins did an outstanding job and the results were great! This was the first time I've done business with Ace Cleaning and didn't know what to expect. First impressions are very important to me. The first thing that impressed me was the service technician, Travis Mullins, was on time, friendly, had a professional demeanor, detailed and knowledgeable regarding the tile and grout cleaning profession. My wife and I were very happy with the final results. I provided before and after pictures of my tile. I recommend Ace Carpet Cleaning & Water Restoiuration and will use them in the future.

AMAZING!!!! Treated my house like it was his own. The attention to detail is UNBELIEVABLE!! He was able to remove some serious latex paint stains like they were never there. My carpets are like brand new! Extremely respectful and truly takes pride in his work. Happy to say I found the company i will FOREVER call for my carpet cleaning. Travis Mullins with Ace Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration was fantastic. He cleaned and steamed my couch, and the results were a complete transformation. It looks brand new again. I was completely blown away by the results Travis achieved when cleaning the carpets during our move-out after renting our home for 5 years in Carrollton, TX. The carpet honestly looked brand new—even after more than five years of wear! Wow!

I absolutely cannot believe how good of a job they did on cleaning my rugs!! I wish I had a before picture but after moving they were left outside, sprinklers came on, leaves & blue berries fell on them 😩, took to car wash & made it worse, so had to just leave them outside. There were stains, smells, I was sooo heartbroken bc I love them so much & didn’t think there was any possible way, that I could afford, to restore them, & then I made a few final attempts to find someone affordable & I was blessed to find Ace. Not only affordable but took their time for every detail, scrubbed by hand when needed, used a rust cleaner even 😲. THEN he said he can come back to bring me fans if needed for the thicker one bc I don’t have a lot of air flow. Just amazing & highly recommend!! 🥳🎉👏🤗

We highly recommend ACE Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration’s services. In February 2026, we need a professional steam carpet and rug cleaning for our Irving house. From the first call, Matthew answered all our questions with patience and clear, detailed explanations. What started as a carpet and rug cleaning request quickly expanded to include dryer vent and HVAC duct cleaning. Matthew provided a very reasonable quote and even adjusted the schedule so the work could be completed the next day.

Through the process, their communication was smooth and efficient—scheduling and pre-arrival updates via text were prompt and clear. Travis, who completed the work, was professional and detail-oriented. He went the extra mile by helping us move our king-size bed so the master bedroom’s carpet and baseboards could have been thoroughly cleaned.

I live in Arlington, TX and I was needing to have the carpet in my living room cleaned and was hoping to have it done the same days since the furniture would already be out of the room. I went through Angi and received a call from Matthew B, owner with Ace Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration. I explained what I needed and Matthew said that he could get to it the same day. This is just what I was hoping for. Matthew was very helpful and friendly. Later that day Travis showed up to do the stretching for Ace Carpet Cleaning and he was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely professional, very personal, likeable, and worked hard. He did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet. I am not sure how old the carpet is in this house but it is at least 35 to 40 yrs old. I could not believe how clean Travis was able to get the carpet. My wife and I were amazed. It was a great experience with Ace Carpet Cleaning but even more so meeting Travis. If you need some carpet cleaning in Arlington TX please give them a call. You won't be disappointed.
