I really didn't want to post about this but I contacted them over a week ago about this and have yet to receive a response. We recently purchased a home and wanted all the carpets cleaned as well as the tile. One thing that stood out to me when reading their website was that they cleaned the baseboards around the tile. This was perfect because the house we bought had dirty baseboards and this was the selling feature for me. Called them and scheduled the appointment, etc. A gentleman comes out to give us a quote. When asked about the baseboards the gentleman says they don't do that. I took this screen shot of the website and sent it to my husband to show him. The other one was taken after it was asked about and changed, notice the time. The website is promptly changed while he's still at the house. This really rubbed us the wrong way. The whole reason we were even considering this company was because of this advertisement of cleaning the baseboards being included. If we hadn't been desperate to get the floors done so we could get moved in we would have just sent him on his way. Overall he did a good job but it wasn't until we started moving in that we realized a perfect rectangular stain on the carpet. It looks like the carpet cleaning machine was turned off and dirty water ran back down onto the carpet. Obviously an accident. I get an email to rate our experience. I explained everything I posted here, received another email they'd be in contact with us and never heard anything back. Paid nearly $900, didn't get everything done that was originally advertised and now I'm gonna have to buy a carpet cleaner and get the stain up myself.

John and the crew at United Carpet Cleaning did a stellar job on our rental house in Fort Worth. We had a tenant that had many cats and when they left the stench of ammonia was incredible! John helped us with treatments to get the bad smell out and we were eventually able to sell the home at full price. He turned what could have been a disaster for our investment into a real positive.
