I had an excellent experience with ATEAM. From start to finish, the service was professional, prompt, and friendly. They arrived right on time, explained the process clearly, and worked efficiently. My carpets look brand new — they were able to remove stains I thought would never come out. The fresh, clean smell after the cleaning was a bonus! I have Matt with Ace Carpet Cleaning do all the carpet cleaning of my rental units. Great work at a very reasonable price. Been using him since 2009 and recommend him for carpet cleaning and stretching, water extraction, removing pet odors. Honest guy.

Matt did a fantastic job making sure all of the stains were out of the carpet and the tile was clean. He kept me informed about the progress of the cleaning and explained any difficulties. Matt had the answers for all of my questions. The extremely stubborn and dirty grout would not clean properly, so he scrubbed the entire floor with a brush to make sure it was clean. He was also able to remove a green stain from our carpet that the last carpet cleaners assured us would not come out. I highly recommend Matt for any of your carpet or tile cleaning needs. He does rugs, too!

Matt is the absolute best carpet cleaner I have ever hired. I am extremely impressed with his high level of customer service. He took the time to make sure that he knew exactly what I wanted or if there was anything I wanted to focus on stain wise before we started. My carpets have never looked so clean. I have hired other companies in the past and they don’t even come close. It’s a night and day difference. Matt did a great job cleaning over 1500 sq. ft. of carpet. Our carpet had not been cleaned in several years and had some badly stained areas and soiled traffic areas. Matt took care of it all. He took his time, spending over eight hours at our house and explained everything he was doing. He also stretched out a wrinkled area. The carpet looked great when he was done. Matt was very nice, accomodating, reasonable, and thorough beyond our expectations. I needed to find someone who'd be willing to clean one small 4 sqft of carpet in a coat closet as required by our property manager. I called multiple places, and they all had minimum charges over $100. He was the only one who: 1) offered to do the carpet and combine it with another service (detail our car) so that it would make more sense for us to fork out the minimum charge and 2) fit us in the day before.

I wish we had taken before and after pictures, but our 2010 "previously owned by a construction guy with idk what this stain is" car looks brand new. Instead of giving up and saying that the stain was too tough to clean with just steam, he went over the same spot at least 5 times and scrubbed hard until it all went away, even if it meant longer cleaning time beyond his original estimate.

I appreciated his communication skills too- we got a confirmation email as soon as we agreed on a time, and he made sure to call when he was headed over.

Absolutely worth a try. And if we ever need anything carpet related, he's our person!
