I called Mr. Appliance on a Wednesday for an LG washing machine drain pump repair and they had a service professional (Tasia) at my house the next morning. Tasia was awesome! The repair was completed quickly and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. Going above and beyond, Tasia noticed that we have Thermador appliances and told me Mr Appliance is also an authorized Thermador repair company. I highly recommend Mr Appliance and I’ll definitely use them for any future appliance repairs I need.

Layne was super professional and took his time to explain all aspects of our repair. Great job.

This is not a local company - it's a national chain that allows you to book an appointment on their website .. then calls you the next day and reschedules for a week away! I would not use this company if you need urgent assistance within 48 hours.

PS. While I appreciate their thoughtful response to my review, I do not believe they should offer online booking if they cannot honor the availability shown online. I did not take them up on their offer to re-book.

Chris was amazing! He was professional & courteous. They may not be local, but they were right on time! Chris explained what he was going to do & did it. My boss was pleased. We stayed on budget - we will use them for any future needs.

Mr. Appliance has been extraordinary. They were always prompt, courteous, and capable. After the repair there were strange issues but they came back and resolved the issue. The office staff is polite and helpful. A special thanks to Tasia. She is the best tech we have ever had. Thank you!

Very bad service. Tech came and did not even look at my dishwasher. He left and then got a msg my repair service has been canceled. Also when I called to request for another tech, I end up getting AI instead of a live person

Steve is an awesome tech! He explained exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. Luckily, he had the part with him, so he was able to fix my dryer!

Micah was very knowledgeable on all 3 appliances (range, washer and dryer) and gave us helpful advice on all 3. We recommend him for all service calls. Give that man a raise!!!
