911 exteriors roofing and construction is the best . The owner and the entire team are so patient and hard working especially with my claim which was a complicated and challenging insurance claim , Despite the challenges, never did they complain about anything.
They worked tirelessly on my insurance claim and did an absolutely amazing job. I can’t recommend 911 exteriors enough.

Overall a pretty good experience. As anyone knows getting approved for a new roof can be a task on its own. 911 pushes to get it done (through a lawyer) but it took over a year, not 911 exteriors fault.

Not much communication along the way and I had to reach out several times for updates. When approved, the work got done fast but interior crew had to come back twice to complete a small job.

I would recommend them in the future.

From the moment Ash showed up at our door, we knew we were in good hands. We have unfortunately had several hails storms directly hit our neighborhood in the past year and had NO idea that it caused damage to our roof. That is until water started leaking into our back room 😭 we thought maybe it was an issue caused from some backyard renovations we did but our patio company recommended 911 to come out and take a look. And I’m so thankful they did! Ash was knowledgeable, professional and showed us detailed photos of what was causing the issue. As soon as they put the temporary cover on, the leaking stopped. He was up front that this process with the insurance company would take a while, so we knew exactly what to expect time frame wise and were patient. We didn’t have to do a thing. His team battled the insurance company and in the end we were able to get multiple things replaced or repaired. We are beyond happy with the results.

Just a couple of side notes as a homeowner, that I wish I would have thought through ahead of time. Make sure that you take precautions on protecting plants that are close to the house while your roof is getting redone. Some of ours ended up getting squished from falling shingles. Also take down or move anything that you don’t want to get wet if you have to have your gutters replaced. We didn’t take this into account and had to replace a TV at no fault to 911. Sometimes scheduling isn’t as quick as you think it might be due to weather, so just be prepared. Overall a wonderful experience! I would recommend to everyone!

***UPDATE: This is how amazing this company is. Ash just called after reading my review and not only apologized for the plants and TV damage, but is sending us a check to cover the cost of the new TV we had to purchase. I do not blame them one bit for either of these incidents as sometimes things happen and we could have been more proactive. But I am so very appreciative of the level of customer service that he and his company provide. This kind of dedication to quality workmanship and attention to detail is rare to find today. I will be recommending his company to everyone I know in the future. Thank you again!

I had hail damage to my roof and the insurance company rejected my attempt for roof replacement and other hail damage to my home. I was frustrated as all my neighbors got their damage covered in from my eyes. A friend of mine took the name of Ash Abraham and The 911 Exterior Family. First thing I did was TRUST them and sign paperwork. So do the same.
Ash Abraham and The 911 Exterior Family are just that - They treat you like family and really care about your every need when it comes to roofing or the interior or exterior of your home. They are very timely and precise when it comes to what you may need done. I was introduced to Ash Abraham by a very close family member of mine. He was highly recommended. I am so happy I got to meet and deal with such a Gentleman. So yes!! I highly recommend him for any of your contracting needs. They take their time to fight for you even if it can take a few months but you can trust them they will get you what you deserve and more.

Our project had several parts to it, including the roof, gutters, fence, windows, screens, interior repairs, sheetrock and painting from the roof leaks to solar panels complete system. 911Exteriors handled all aspects of the project, these guys have it down from coordination, including working with the insurance company to get payment and to quality control which was fantastic.  I highly recommend this company.

911 Roofing is an exceptional company all around. From the beginning assessment of damage through the replacement of my father's roof, I have to say the experience was truly amazing. Ash was very thorough during the assessment of damage on my father's roof, both inside and out. He found things that we had not even noticed. He was quite clear and answered all questions completely and precisely, and there were a lot of them. And then when they came to actually work on the roof, they were on time, quick and efficient, obviously knowledgeable, and extremely professional. 911 Exteriors and especially Ash went above and beyond to work with our insurance company to get our roof fixed after a big storm right before we had to get the house ready to be sold. They fought for our case when insurance didn't want to cover our roof and were in the process of working it out, but unfortunately we ran out of time to see through with that process. Regardless, Ash was able to work directly with several manufacturers to quote us and extremely fair price for a roof replacement. He worked directly with our title company to get it paid for out of closing costs and everything. I HIGHLY recommend 911 Exteriors to anyone in the DFW area. I wouldn't bother looking at the competitors since these guys are THE BEST.

I am a first time home buyer and was not well prepared for a hail storm that came to my neighborhood. I had multiple people come to my door asking if they could do service, Ash is different. His company runs from word of mouth, no annoying door to door salesmen here.
His company single-handedly took care of everything. They contracted a company to remove my solar panels, then they removed and replaced the worn shingles and gutters. They reinstalled the panels and the contractor they hired even found that the panels were installed incorrectly by the original contractor.
To top it all off, they work with an independent law firm to get any insurance issues worked out on my behalf. This man has the entire package ready so you don't have to worry about anything!
