Constraction reviews in Irving, Texas

I've been told for years by other roofing companies that insurance would not cover my roof. I got connected with 911 Exteriors, and in a matter of only a couple of months, our roof was replaced beautifully and they got my insurance company to pay. 911 Exteriors will fight for you to get what you are owed and will do a marvelous job on your roof. Abel was who worked with me, and he was great at communicating along the way and always very kind and helpful. I could not be happier with their service!!

I recently had 911 roofing replace the roof on my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, their service was exceptional.

The initial consultation was thorough and informative. The project manager, Ask, took the time to explain all our options and provided a detailed estimate that was both competitive and transparent. There were no hidden costs, and they stuck to the budget.

The crew arrived on time every day and worked diligently, showing great respect for my property. They protected our landscaping and cleaned up meticulously at the end of each day. The team’s professionalism and work ethic were evident in every aspect of the job.

The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The new roof not only looks fantastic but also gives me peace of mind knowing it’s built to last. They used high-quality materials and adhered to the highest standards of construction.

I had a fantastic experience working with 911 Exteriors! From start to finish, Abel, Ash, Nancy, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure everything was done exactly as promised. They’re honest, hardworking, reliable, and truly trustworthy—qualities that are hard to find these days. Communication was clear, the work was completed on time, and the results exceeded my expectations. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to this company for the excellent work they did on our roof. Even when an issue arose that was not related to their original work, they still took care of it promptly and professionally.
They also handled the interior damage in our closet with great care. Although the insurance company only provided limited funds, they still agreed at our request to complete the repairs and did a beautiful job with the remodel.
We truly appreciate their hard work, professionalism, and attention to our needs.

They truly deserve 10 stars! I wish Google had this option. Our project was handled with utmost dedication and professionalism from the very beginning. Our representative, Ash, and his team were incredibly close to us throughout the entire process. They possessed exceptional knowledge about the insurance claim process and the construction restoration itself.

They replaced our roof with up-to-date materials that met the national construction code, obtained the necessary permit, replaced our gutters, and performed interior repairs to the walls and ceilings caused by the roof leaks. They even power washed and stained our fence, replaced the damaged window screens from the storm, and ensured that the cleanup, quality control, and follow-up were impeccable beyond our expectations.

Initially, we had been denied by our insurance company twice and had four different contractors who couldn’t help us. We were referred to 911 Exteriors and Mr. Abraham by a friend in our church. We are so glad we reached out to 911 Exteriors Roofing and Construction. They handled every aspect of the claim and all items approved by the insurance company.

Wishing the entire team a Merry Christmas and a happy new year!

Don’t waste your time: calling any other company is not the way to go. 911 Exteriors Roofing and Construction is the way to go! ❤️

I reached out to 911 Exterior Roofing after a severe storm earlier this spring caused significant damage to my roof and fence. I spoke with Ash about the repairs, and from our first conversation, he was incredibly proactive and confident that the insurance would cover the full roofing costs. He explained their streamlined process, which even involves lawyers, to help maximize the claim. Sure enough, after a few months of negotiation, Ash and his team successfully won the case.

Once the approval came through, they wasted no time starting the work. Despite the wait with the insurance, I’m so glad we trusted their expertise. The team worked efficiently over the weekend, paying close attention to every detail—even improving the poorly aligned decking underneath. The finished roof looks fantastic, and their cleanup afterward was spotless.

Thank you, Ash, and the entire team at 911 Exterior Roofing! I’m thrilled with the results and can’t wait to see how well the gutter and ceiling projects turn out.
