Cavalry was fantastic. Trystan is professional, timely and flexible. We had an A/C leak through the attic floor and into our insulation and ceiling. They quickly came over and started the job by setting up fans and providing a fair estimate. The next day, workers showed up to remove the damaged part of the ceiling. Again, professional, timely and good quality work. After letting it dry, they provided a contact who can repair the drywall. We were very impressed by Cavalry and especially how non-intrusive they were. Highly recommend!

I had called a plumber who discovered that under the house, pier and beam foundation, there was at least a foot of water. The plumber immediately called CFW to come over to pump out all the water. John, very positive and friendly individual, showed up to begin pumping 2500 gallons of water from under the house. CFW then placed fans in the crawl space to dry out in order to find the source of the water. They fid an excellent job and were very thorough. A big shout out to John, Tyrell, Albert, Tyler and Connor. These are the individuals that made up the "team" I interacted with, and they were all very professional, courteous, patient, hard workers, and above all else they all enjoyed their jobs and took pride in their work. I appreciate each of them and they took a bad situation and made it a tolerable experience.

They were very professional, communicative and educated. You can tell allot about a company based on how serious the employees take their job. Honestly I felt amongst friends, and educated me on the whole procedure. Made it feel painless. Hoping the restoration part is just as easy and professional.

After water damage from a broken pipe in our slab Eric Cho, Project Manager for CWF Restoration came to access the damage and necessary steps for mediation (getting rid of any water and mold) and restoration. Eric was extremely knowledge and professional. Eric easily put it all in lay person terms so that we could understand it all. CWF came highly recommended to us and it's easy to see why!

Shoutout to Rueben, Christian and Julian for their professionalism through our unexpected (new) water damage that happened after our renovation- although it has been hard they were great. Very respectful, neat, organized, and relatively fast cleaning up the mess. CWF has a terrific team.
3 days later: Update Casey and Patrick arrived 10 am to remove drying equipment and said floor walls were more than dry! Great team - very professional!

CWF Restoration responded quickly to my call after I had a flooding situation. They assessed the damage and sent out Frankie and Jordan to remove the damaged floor and begin the drying process. They were very professional and informative about the process. I felt comfortable with them in my home and confident they knew exactly what to do. The support team has called promptly to follow up on services. I am pleased with them and plan to use them for floor replacement.

UPDATE:
The service was great. They were very professional and did a great job cleaning up the water damage. However, price is the reason I gave them 3 stars only. They charge a 2 or 3% if you pay with credit card. To avoid that % fee you have to give them your routing and bank account number. NO WAY!! Not with all the hacking going on. The amount of money I spent to then pay a service fee for using my credit card is bad business. There are other places that don’t charge that and I looked them up. So if you are ok getting charged the service fee for credit card they will work. But unlike me, I don’t pay billing fees, they need to figure that out. After talking with manager, they accommodated my request about billing and would look into it. So after that I was able to give them 5 stars. Customers don’t like seeing services fees due to billing and they are looking into it.

Julian and Braden helped me out with water damage clean-up. They were professional, had a great attitude, and endless patience for all our questions. They worked well into the evening and left the site cleaner than they found it. Would highly recommend.

We recently had water damage at our home and were recommended to CWF Restoration by the plumber. We gave them a call and from there everything’s been great with the Technicians ( Julian / Jonas) ,Eric Cho the project manager who explained everything in detail & with Cheyanne giving us a check up call on the how the Reconstruction would be moving forward. Overall I recommend this company and their knowledgeable/friendly employees to anyone looking into a Restoration company.

Update: Changing my review to a star since the reconstruction work was up to the work I suspected and I’m upset with that part of the work 😫

I was a little skeptical when I chose CWF restoration as I didn't know who to call after my hot water heater leaked and flooded my hallway, so I just picked them from Google hoping for the best.

I can honestly give them a 5 star review. I called them about 11:00pm the night just after my hot water heater overflowed and was able to get a project manager out to my home by 8am the very next morning. The project manager, Josh Black, was very professional and efficient and had a team with carpet driers, etc., at my home by 1pm that day. The team was very efficient as well as they raised the wet carpet areas and put 3 fans and a dehumidifer to work. They had to run for nearly 3 days to completely dry everything out. Then they came back as scheduled and picked up the equipment. Then another team came out and did a thorough cleaning of the effected area.

Now, everything is dry and after installing a new hot water heater am now back to 0. I definitely give Josh and his teams a 5 star rating and highly recommend them for this type of work.

CWF Restoration mitigation team was always on time, very professional and very careful while working in our house. They explained the process from start to finish and worked quickly. Their office has kept in touch with me as well.
I would highly recommend CWF for anyone needing restoration and mitigation.

First off I want to say that the initial response time of CWF was amazing. Josh the project manager for the clean up process was very professional, laid out the steps of the process, answered all of my questions and made me feel confident that my home and family would be taken care of. Once the process started he kept me updated on progress and would always answer my texts or phone calls. The clean up crew did a great job for the most part, however you could tell a few areas were not touched. The cleanup and remediation process ended up costing me over $20,000. I was ok with that because I was told that CWF was going to handle the complete process from the clean up stage all the way through to the end, including the rebuild stage. After the clean up stage, I was told that a different department with CWF would be taking over the rebuild stage and that a new project manager would reach out to me. After a week and a half of not hearing from them, I reached out to Josh for an update. He called the office for me and then called me with bad news. He told me that CWF refused to do the rebuild portion because my home was a manufactured home. He and I were both shocked, because this is something I should have been made aware of in the beginning. CWF sold this to me as a packaged deal and then backed out. I feel like that took me for $20,000. Had I know that they were not going to take care of me as they stated then I would have went with a company that would have done the entire process. My family and I are very eager to return to our home, and now we have wasted another week and a half waiting on CWF just to find out that they had no intention to finish the job. Had I not reached out, who knows how long we would have waited. Thankfully Josh did not want to leave us on an island, so he contacted another company that would do the work for us.

I definitely feel that we were way overcharged for the service provided. I would have been ok with paying that if they would have honored their agreement and finished the job.

After all of this, Josh and his crew were amazing. As for CWF as a company, I would not recommend them to anyone. I am a firm believer in being transparent and honoring your word and agreements and CWF did not do that. They were just going to leave my family in a home that was half way destroyed and not even communicate that with us. In the future I hope they do not scam any more people who own manufactured homes. A home is a home and when someone loses it to a fire or water damage the people that own those homes should be treated with the same level of respect and decency as those who own other homes. Instead they made us feel like they manipulated us for the clean up portion knowing they never intended to follow through until the end.

Very disappointed.

Justin and his crew did a great job for us after a water leak. They finished quickly and most of all did everything very professionally and respectfully. The area may have been left cleaner than when they arrived. I would highly recommend. Halston was also very easy to work with and explained everything as Justin did.

Worst customer service in the world!

My parents are trying to install new carpet and these people are impossible to get a hold of. This is a time critical situation so playing these phon tag games is not an option.

The two gentleman arrived when they said they would and started working immediately. I believe their names were AJ and Chris. They did a great job and cleaned up after they were done. I would definitely use these fellas again!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE Customer service! Left voicemails for them for different times, and not ONE single call was returned. Scheduled my whole house to be re-carpeted, on the phone confirmed the date and time they would be at the house. Was told to pack up & remove all non-furniture prior to their arrival. We did. Dismantled all electronics, packed up the tv, etc. Took the day off work. They we’re a no call no show. Literally didnt show up and didn’t bother to call and say they weren’t coming. Nothing. Just sat back and had a good laugh at our expense.
When we called to ask where they were they said they hadn’t put us on the schedule. Even though they confirmed it over the phone less than 48 hours before the appointment. Each person you speak to blames someone else. My recommendation would pick ANY other company!

Lowes scheduled them to come out and do a quote at my house. I schedule it for an 8-12. They sent me a text say they would be there 11-1. Not a big deal so we adjusted. They no showed and when we went to call them at 1, the office is closed for lunch and doesn't take calls. No messages from them as to why they didn't show.
