I had a problem with the pipes in my kitchen, my entire wooden floor was flooded. Thank god for the guys from Servpro, who solved all the problems with the water damage and the floors in record time. My kitchen looks like new and as if nothing had happened!👏

Had a fire and asked this company to come out. They took care of everything from cleaning my clothes to rebuilding my home. The rebuild manager Bill was one of the best contractors I have ever had to deal with. He knows what he is doing

When you have to call Servpro, 9 times out of 10 it is because you have had an unfortunate experience. I called the Dallas Serv pro and talked to Jessica. She was very knowledgeable, professional and informed. She explained to me every step of the process, and what they were doing. Communication was excellent and customer service was top notch. Thank you Jessica for bringing hope and satisfaction to a situation where there was very little.

Would rate zero if possible. 1st contacted them Feb 2021 for water damage due to freeze. Kitchen tear down & POD packup conducted by Servpro team from CA. House contained asbestos which had to be removed. Contacted Servpro of N Irving to complete rebuild on 7/2/21. Received estmate 7/22/21. No work started & many phone calls later a new inspection completed 12/2/21. Finally received new estimate 4/11/22. Discussed estimate with Taylor 4/15/22. She was to revise estimate but wanted us go ahead & sign the contract . The contract showed the unrevised dollar amount. RED FLAGS - VERY UNETHICAL. Taylor never contacted me again or submitted the revised estimate. My last contact with them was 7/6/22. Very unresponsive, most phone calls not returned. They had more than a year to complete the work & did nothing. If they didn't want the work they should have said so. I changed companies & the work is being done now. In reading response below I can provide dated details of attempted contacts & conversations.

Servpro took care of my house when I couldn't. I had 3 rooms full of mold. They came out and took care of it professionally. Ronal and his crew took care of it and 2 days later the smell was gone. Thank you for helping me out in this hard time

My washer hose was installed incorrectly and before I noticed my whole bathroom was flooded. It was late but I called and Jessiica was so nice and made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen. Would recommend to anyone!

I woke up in the middle of the night to more then half my home filled with standing water. I called Servpro at 2 AM and a team headed straight over to start extracting the water. They explained everything in great details and kept me full of knowledge throughout the whole process. I found that their whole team between the crews, the office, and the management were all very helpful. The general manager was also very helpful with all of my needs.
I recommend them to all of my family and friends.
I will definitely use them again in the future!

I have not had the best of luck lately. I am now going on my second water damage in a matter of just a couple months. I reached out to this Servpro because they handled my first water damage and did an amazing job. I called them out again and they rushed right over in the middle of the night to help get all of the water out of my home. There technicians and managers are very helpful. I will definitely call upon them again.

After the great mitigation team finished their part, I asked if they could put my home back together. I had no idea one company could do it all. That's awesome. The manager named Bill and his crew wasted no time helping get my home and life back together. Thank u guys. You are the best.

We were affected by the recent flood in Ellis County and we immediately called. They answered promptly and the owner, Micheal, personally came came out the same day with a humidifier and fans. Then technicians then came out every day over the next 5 days to see if the drying process was on schedule. They explained the process in detail, assessed the damage in the house, and operated very quickly with the equipment. Everything was handled very smoothly and professionally, which helped ease the stress of having had the house flooded. Very appreciative of this company and everything they did for us.

Beware! Very very sketchy company. 3 of the 5 star reviews on here are from the company employees. Beware! They will charge you 4x what they tell you. Awful experience. So disappointing. Should have read all of the different website reviews first. They tell you to give them your credit card then they give you a low ball estimate of what it will cost so you feel comfortable doing so. Then they send you an invoice at the end with multiple erroneous charges. I tried calling the accounting department multiple times to discuss my charges with them. No one ever returns my calls. Jessica the account manager is allegedly “in a meeting” every day all day, as is her boss. And despite multiple calls to the manager, she is always “in a meeting” and refuses to call me back. If you were honest and not corrupt, wouldn’t you talk to your customer without any hesitation? Ive even tried to reach out to the owner Michael but they will not connect me. This place it’s super sketchy.

Called for water damage. Chance and his partner Kameron were amazing. Definitely would recommend and call for help again. Very professional and did an amazing job. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I've called on Servpro of North Irving before when I had a small water damage at my house, and they responded so quickly and did a good job that I thought I'd try them again. This time I needed help cleaning my linens. They are too big for my washing machine and I couldn't get them cleaned correctly. After I found out they also sanitize pet beds, I decided to give that a try. They picked up and dropped off everything at my house and were very nice and professional. When I asked how they were going to clean my items, they gave me a full explanation and showed me a video on the spot. A few days later, everything came back smelling great and feeling light and fresh. My pet beds are also x-large and it wasn't a problem for them. They got rid of their stains and now they look cleaner than when I got them from the store. My house smells great now with the fragrance they used (which is optional and free, but it smells so good it's worth getting). They even gave my dogs a box of treats! I'll call on this Servpro office for anything else I need in the future. I recommend them highly.
