I used Servpro in January they were absolutely wonderful. They got the job done earlier than expected which was great. It is a great company and very organized, I would highly recommend it if you have water loss damage.

Same day response for assessment. 3D video imaging taken to document extent of damage. Clean-up crew arrived the very next morning to begin work. Servpro cleaned and relocated all furniture, cleaned, boxed up and relocated all household belongings in affected areas. Hard workers who got the job done quickly and very, very professionally. Servpro handled all paperwork with insurance. Highly recommend.

Thank you to Andrew and Servpro for the amazingly quick response to our smoke damage claim. (Same day it was reported to our insurance company) We have a contents claim only as we are in a rental property. We had a pretty severe roof leak as a result of a storm. ServPro of Southwest Irving was super professional and help us dry the structure in record time. They also did the reconstruction work for us and the room ended up looking even better than what it was before. I was already asleep when my mom woke me up and told me she heard a loud noise inside the house, I went to the garage, and my car was on fire. She called 911, and the firefighters came 15 min after, but most of the house got burned, and the roof fell. SERVPRO of Southwest Irving came within 30 min, and it didn't matter; it was almost 11 pm. They assured me they would secure the space until their workers came the next day. They had to wait until 3 am after the firefighter's inspection to board up the garage, and in the morning, they were there by 9 am. They were comprehensive and very empathic.

WOW!! What a team. From the moment I called and spoke with Trish. Whom sent me straight to the operations manager, Joe. We were handled with speed and professionalism. Joe sent out 2 service men by the names of Vincente and Arqui. Was followed up daily by Bailey. Brandon also was a huge help in the success of getting ALL the water up drop a toilet that had overflowed for many hours.

Servpro in SW Irving really went above and beyond for us! A tenant moved out and trashed the property, leaving us with a house full of junk, a fridge and pantry full of rotten and spoiled food, dirty dishes, trash everywhere, and the worst roach infestation I have ever seen. It was so disgusting! The team at Servpro jumped in quickly and spend three hard days mucking out the house, and when they left, the place was spotless. At one point, they had to call in their hazmat specialist to remediate a particular area, and it was included in the price. It took an overflowing construction dumpster to clear out the house, that's how much junk these tenants left us with.
The Servpro staff were friendly and easy to work with. They showed up on time every day and stayed until the job was complete.
They were not the cheapest place we called, but by far they have the best and most complete service. I would definitely use them again should the need arise.

Cant find the location of the building

We own a printing company that had roof leaks no one could fix. We had a hail storm recently and rep from First American walked in. They did everything as promised! Handled the claim, upgraded our roof system.
And we haven’t had a leak since.

They were very helpful and professional until the check was cashed.
No supervision during the job. The workers were on their own and didn't even know the name of their supervisor. They were quite careless. We had to ask them multiple times to be careful with the landscaping around the property which was getting damaged and it had been planted only a couple of months back.
Most importantly, an AC pipe got damaged with a couple of nails that went through the roof. It cost us over $1500 to fix the big mess. Two months after the roof was fixed we are still waiting for someone to get back to us after being told that they would fix any damages created to the property. I would not recommend them.
