Constraction reviews in Irving, Texas

“Zack was our initial contact when we started looking for a Generac for our home. We were very impressed with Zack's professionalism and knowledge of the product.
He was very effective in the follow through of getting the Generac installed which included approval of the Home Owner Association. We were very impressed with all that worked on the installation of the Generac and would recommend IES to anyone.” -Larry Hunt

Juan and Xavier did a perfect job with replacing the bad breaker. They tested our washer and garbage disposal to make sure it worked and they noticed there were too many plugs in one outlet which likely overloaded the breaker. I would call IES again when we need another breaker replaced! Thank you!

I want to send a HUGE thank you to IES Grapevine (specifically Drew and Preston) for coming out and solving an issue in less than 30 minutes that puzzled the HART HVAC technician for over two hours. Preston found the issue immediately upon entering the house and got it fixed quickly (then Drew went around and tested and fixed the issues that HART caused). They were professional, friendly, and really put me at ease about the entire problem (at times I felt as if they were family members coming to visit). When all was said and done, they said the office would take care of the payment and sure enough, Amber called and took my payment information and was extremely sweet as well. I can't speak highly enough about this company and their techs... if you need help, call them... you won't regret it.

Hired IES Residential to fix a faulty job from a prior contractor. Azra, Moi, Juan, and Alejandro did a fantastic job. They not only got the work done in an expedited manner, but they went the extra mile to ensure everything looks great and were meticulous in detail and meeting electrical code standards. I would hire them again for any job. Professional, efficient, and exactly as requested.

I worked with Zack at IES for our generator transfer switch project ahead of the snow here in DFW. Zack was fantastic to work with from start to finish, even when we added a few new pendant lights to install. Communication, fair pricing and constantly staying in touch for scheduling. Also had Ryan here to perform the work the day of and he was a great resource of knowledge on the process and how this new system would work. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough!

I would like to commend Zack Arrington for a job well done. He assisted me on the electrical additions to my new home and he was so patient, answered every question and I could tell that he really loves his job. Great disposition and very pleasant to be around.
He made sure that I was happy with all the details on my order. He is an asset to IES and Highland homes and I definitely recommend him to others.

Great customer service and great service!

Good vibe all around and the works there talk to you with respect

Known these guys for decades. Seen thousands of great works completed by them on time.

There is no one else I would even consider for this type of work. We have worked with A-1 Lightfoot Construction for years and will continue to do so. If you need to get a project done, do yourself a favor and call them. You won't regret it!

I run a commercial roofing company here in the DFW area. We started using A 1 Lightfoot construction to disconnect and move A/C units during roof installations. I cant tell you how dozens of units they have moved for us over the years, but it is the same service and attention to detail on every project. They have even installed and maintain the units on our office and my home.

If you want a company that is truly looking out for your best interests then look no further. This company prides itself on the straight forwardness, honesty, professionalism and work ethic just as much as it does the community. You couldn't be in better hands. Start Out On The Right Foot & Call Lightfoot!

A1 Lightfoot Construction deserves 5 stars! These people get it! First of all, they will tell it like it is; a rare quality in today's business. If you have ever been given the run-around, the bait and switch, endless delays, beaten up with fine print, price gouged, and a plethora of other common tactics like i have experienced many times in years of dealing with a slew of contractors for a business in the DFW area, you will find this company quite refreshing. They can do pretty much whatever you need to have done, The correct way, at a fair price. If not, they will tell you up front, and they likely know someone who can, and will happily lead you in the right direction. I will continue to use them whenever I need a good job done, or an honest evaluation. I don't usually write comments on companys, but
this company has shown to be worth my time for an "Atta Boy"; they deserve it. .............Please DO NOT confuse them with Lightfoot Mechanical of Weatherford TX. because they are one of the contractors mentioned above". Call A1 Lightfoot Construction of Irving. They are the real deal.

Each time I have used A-1 Lightfoot's services the technician that came out was always on time, polite, professional, honest, and up front about the situation and job. They are not like a lot of companies out there that try and get you for all the money that they can. I've got a horror story or two about others. Being on a tight budget, when unexpected repairs are needed it's a great feeling to know that I have a company to call that I can trust fully and know that the job will be done promptly and right the first time. I will always use A-1 Lightfoot Construction's services.

Lo recomiendo

Always got what i need thank you guy's 👍

They had the furniture sliders I wanted and needed.

Ms.Debra is the sweetest employee at Home Depot. She was very attentive the day I needed assistance while shopping. Even though they were about to close she did not rush me and was very helpful. Her customer service skills are great!
