Now I see why this foundation repair company has such good reviews. They took care of the warranty repairs like they said they would and adjusted 3 concrete piers that had shifted around. The man who did the foundation evaluation gave us lots of information and treats customer well! If you see brick cracks or other issues like that I suggest you ask them to come check things out.

I was very pleased with HD foundations. The installation of the i terror and exterior foundation piers went smoothly and the crew chief placed the soil where I wanted it. My slab foundation was raised up quite a bit and is no longer sinking. The doors open easily again too. Very efficient office workers who ordered the engineering report, had the gas lines marked, etc.

This is a legit family business. Several years back we had HD Foundations level the foundation on our house. Then we discovered we had all kinds of crazy foundation problems at our rental house in Irving. It was settling and the tile was cracking. Apparently the renters never bothered to water the yard or foundation. Because we didn’t want to take any chances we hired HD again. Their crew worked really hard and they made the foundation even. ( The fellows were also kind enough to help us move some plants around.) It was a tough job but they pulled it off.

Edgar and his crew did a great job. They tape everything off to not spread dust all over the house. Paint was professional and there electrician installed double oven, microwave with trim kit, and ceiling light.

I needed to sell a rental property. The property needed painting, carpet and plumbing work in an upstairs bathroom. I received four estimates. Ed's bid was in the middle but what sold me on Ed was his attitude and follow up.

Ed and his team were very personable and professional. They did what was proposed and ensured it was done timely and with the highest quality possible. They were respectful of my home and items inside it. I have had some bad experiences contracting with some businesses in the past but Ed has renewed my faith in contractors. We were flooded out of our house in September of 2018. We found Ed after we were taken advantage of by another contractor. We were referred to Ed's Construction Services by another contractor who told us the job was too big for him to handle. Ed was out here immediately. What stood out from the beginning is that he was compassionate and caring about our situation. He did a thorough walkthrough pointing out items the previous contractor missed or did incorrectly. We received 2 other bids on the project and his was more than fair. His crew got to work immediately. I checked on the house daily after work and I was impressed with how fast they were progressing and the quality of their work. After our miserable experience with our first contractor we were looking for someone honest and caring. Someone who would show up every day and not cut corners. Ed and his team were more than that. Our only regret is that we didn't hire him at the beginning.

I did an exterior painting job in my house and remodeled my bathroom. Ed did an incredible job. I will definitely work with him again.
