Look no further! This is the cleaning service you want to use; don’t bother with the big companies. Just returned from a trip and we keep walking around the house going “oh my goodness, she cleaned this! And this! And this too??”

Very unprofessional company.

This company repeatedly comes into the private residential parking areas at the Gables in Las Colinas and leaves their business cards on residents’ car windows. This has happened multiple times and it’s becoming extremely frustrating for residents.

This is private property, and placing advertisements on vehicles without permission is intrusive and creates unnecessary litter throughout the community. Residents should not have to deal with unsolicited marketing on their personal vehicles.

This will likely be reported to property management and local code enforcement, since businesses should not be entering private residential properties to distribute advertising materials.

Respect the community and stop leaving cards on residents’ vehicles.

I am disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism I experienced. Initially, things were great, and Rosita herself does a very good job cleaning. There was a minor issue during my last cleaning involving another cleaner, but it was quickly resolved, and I believed everything was fine afterward.

However, over the past month when I attempted to book again, I reached out multiple times via message and phone call and did not receive a response, despite my messages being read. I was also confused and disappointed to learn that a friend I referred was able to book without issue, while I continued to receive no response.

I made several genuine attempts to communicate and schedule future cleanings, but unfortunately never heard back. I understand people get busy, but a simple response would have been appreciated. Due to the lack of communication, reliability, and professionalism, I can no longer recommend her services.

We have used Magic Wand services for four years now. Ms Rosita's services is extraordinary! She and her team always leaves our home spotless! I highly recommend their services!
