Its got everything one needs and all that's required to enjoy doing laundry.

The guy that owns this laundry mat kicked me and my kids out right at 11 he was closing but he could have let us dry are clothes the rest of the way maybe 10 more minutes but no he kicked us out and now my clothes are still wet and I don't have a car so I couldn't take them anywhere else

Worst place ever ... Old man is rude and does not have any costumer service.... It's dirty and machines don't work and for the high price not the place to come rather drive far than to come to this place again!

Bad service. Staff is rude and the lady turned the AC off when she got off work. While people were still washing!! And drying!!! Rude rude rude !

The older lady who works there is VERY RUDE.

Washers smell, washer took my money, the lady is very rude. I over heard the way she spoke to a lady washing clothes. Just unprofessional. It’s dirty, hot, over priced. Won’t be back

This is a really convinient location rating Midway because I feel that this location needs to upgrade a bit maybe not the equipment but the facility itself it looks really rundown and the restroom is a big no no smells horrible and theres no hand soap instead there's powder detergent to wash your hands that's crazy but over all staff is kind and hard working

Usually not overloaded with people. Excellent selection of different size washers makes for ease in getting down. For me about an hour and it's done. Bundle service available.

Had to go because our washer at home broke. $3 for a load and a half of laundry, so moderately priced. Probably could have used the commercial washer for $4 if I had an extra dollar.

Staff member was kind and was cleaning (mopping) while I was there.

There was an issue with one washer (not one of mine) while I was waiting, but I don't know the full story.

Very clean and lots of carts to help you transport your laundry. They also have bundle service done by a lady that does a great job. She works very hard and handles your laundry with care. Don't forget to tip her, she deserves it.

This place is one of the best choices to do your laundry. It has on site staff always cleaning the place. They offer drop off wash and fold service, stock of laundry supplies on site at very inexpensive prices. So when you get your laundry started then walk next door and flavor up on Braum's ice cream. The place is always busy and parking spaces are few but it is well worth time and money spent for your laundry.

The lady that works here is very unprofessional. I’ve never been here before, there was a washing machine that wouldn’t open so I thought it needed $ to open it, but it took my money and I let her know. I asked for help.
She shook her head like I was an inconvenience and said out loud, “you’ve got to be kidding me”
I told her what happened and she said “I mean, it’s common sense. You don’t put money in before you open the machine”

I told her that I tried to open it and it would not open so I put money in thinking it would open but it did not.
Then again
she told me “it’s common sense can you not read? “ out loud in front of everyone.
She said “ that’s your fault, that’s human error I can’t give you your money back”.
I didn’t ask for my money back. I was just letting her know about the machine being jammed, and that it took my money so that other customers wouldnt experienced the same situation,

Listen, there’s a way to communicate to your customers and that’s definitely not the way to do it.
Then, when I went to my car to wait on the load to wash, she stares at me through the window, shaking her head pointing at me as she’s talking to another customer.
What she doesn’t understand is she has no idea what other people are going through.

The last place I want to be is at a hot/humid over priced laundrymat. I’ll defiantly not be back. Most of the washing machines smell like mold too.

I came to wash my clothes at 6:00 PM. Came back at 8:20 PM to put them in the dryer but somebody had taken my clothes out from one of the washers. They were baby clothes. I asked around if anybody knew what happened, and some lady told me one of the workers had took them. What got me even more mad, was that the worker was asking around if people wanted to buy my babies clothes. What kind place is this!? The lady said the worker put the rest of the clothes behind a locked door. I tried to look for the owners number or some kind of number but there is none. I came back the next day 7:00 PM there’s nobody. Owner if you reading this give me my babies clothes back, and I’m not coming back. Your workers need to be responsible, and you to be responsible, at least have a number so customers can call about issues. I would like to talk to you about what happened

Please don’t go to this laundromat they overcharge price and the machine is not that good they even charge you to dry your clothes. Every other place is free dryer. I was there tonight and the guy rushed us to leave because he closed everything at 11 so I had to bring all my babies clothes, wet and my clothes.

Zerorez was absolutely phenomenal. Julian Avila went above and beyond, and I cannot express my gratitude enough. I did not expect the outcome to be so appealing. Thank you again and I 100% recommend Zerorez to anyone. You will not be disappointed, especially after you see my photos. The stains were from an accident involving fecal matter from a wheelchair's bound patient. Thank you again for blessing me with your services and saving me I don’t know how much on replacing carpet.

Alex answered the phone pleasantly and got me set up with an appointment quickly. She asked questions about the job and made all expectations clear. Luke was amazing. On time, accommodating, and service oriented. He asked questions, listened, provided options from which I could choose and gave me follow up details. Completed the job quickly and efficiently. 5 star service.

I am absolutely amazed at how fantastic my carpet looks after not being cleaned for at least five years! The technician managed to remove not only a stubborn red wine stain that had been hidden under my couch but also what seemed like tiny tar spots tracked in from the asphalt outside. I wish I had taken before photos because the transformation is unbelievable.

From the first conversation to the completion of the job, the entire experience was top-notch. The technician was warm, friendly, and made the process comfortable from start to finish. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations.

This is, without a doubt, the best carpet cleaning company I’ve ever used, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality service. Thank you for the outstanding work!

Albert was on time and thorough. I spent way more money that I expected but he explained a technique to get stains out of the pads. My carpet looks so much better. He worked hard and went above and beyond. I am now waiting to be sure the stains don’t reappear. After $713 they better not. I trusted him and hope there are no regrets. I should have taken before pictures. It’s like night and day.

If I could do 0 stars I would ! I have used them before and the costumer service is always on point they are affordable, efficient and fast. I will definitely not use them in the future. The guy that came to clean my carpets was super nice and professional but was here 20 mins and was gone 😮‍💨

Update :
Apparently, I jumped the gun on my review being that I did not give the floor time to dry before I did it. When my husband saw the stairs he was not impressed at all which made me examine the floor even more ……. The day after, my carpet is completely dry & as I’m looking at my stairs … I still have dirt spots on the edges each step on both sides . I have my own carpet cleaner(a Hoover spin brush) but did not want to do the carpet cleaning myself it requires too much time patience, and work this is why I hired zeroez to do it, however , I decided to redo the landing on the stairs, which is the middle part. The water was almost black. There is no way someone should pay $145 to have their stairs cleaned and the water still looks like this (below) when going behind a commercial professional carpet cleaning company. I am so disappointed this time around. The first three photos below shows the day of & a few minutes after the gentleman left the house.. the rest of these photos are from the day after after the carpet had dried you can still see on the edges of the stairs, (again both sides ) where there is a lot of dirt . I had to go over the landing multiple times!!! To get it to look better. Never again….. I should definitely be compensated for having to go behind them. This is not acceptable. People work hard and everything in the economy is high already.

Update: A week and 1/2 ago someone named Diego called me in regards to my review, they wanted the opportunity to come back out and re clean my carpets to make it right, however I have already cleaned the landing and put down plastic over the carpet and installed a baby gate at the bottoms of my stairs, I simply asked for a refund and he told me they have to come out a second time before they could even consider that, given the fact I have done all this work on my stair’s he still pushed for me to let them come back out (I would have do all the work over again ) which means I would of had to pull up the plastic and un-install the gate just so they could Come and “re-do” my stairs. I declined and said if they could not refund the money I paid or even a portion of it I would just take the loss and update my review so here we are ! Once again disappointed ☹️ they would not work with me on issuing a refund or a partial refund for not doing an adequate job in the first place. He stated he would try and talk to the higher ups and call me back and I haven’t heard nothing from him since ! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD BUSINESS

He was very good amd friendly. Carpet looks great. He finished within an hour. They were able to schedule within a day. Was on time. I will definitely use them again.
