Purchasing a white sofa and dark green velvet chairs when you have 2 Pugs may not be the best idea. So I gave Zerorez a call & they sent Dee out to work his magic. I’ve never had my carpets professionally cleaned and didn’t know what to expect. My carpets are still drying but I’m pleased with the results. I have some stubborn stains and worn areas that might be permanently damaged but they at least look less noticeable to me.
My technician, Cesar, called 15 minutes ahead of his arrival, which was 45 minutes earlier than scheduled. My dining room, living room, primary bedroom and a small hallway were done in an hour from the time of arrival to the time of departure. Cesar did help me move a light futon and an empty bookshelf. They won’t move your large furniture but they’ll get under it as best as they can.
You can walk on the carpet as soon as it’s done and it takes about 4-6 hours to dry. I currently have fans on high and my air conditioning/de-humidifiers on to help with drying. I was told it’s safe and non-toxic for dogs and humans.
On the invoice, it says I was supposed to get free air duct inspection but I see Cesar anywhere near the air ducts which was fine by me but if you specifically want that done, make sure to ask for it.

Friendly technicians, did everything asked, very efficient, professional work. We have 4 pets and the carpet looks substantially better! The cat approves.

Buddy from Zerorez did a great job on our 3 rooms and hallway! He was careful and explained any extra charges like the extra spot cleaning he did. He answered all our questions. Thank you so much Buddy and Zerorez!

I’ve used Zerorez twice now after hearing their ads on the radio. In both cases, the gentlemen came into the home and was directed to the areas of concern, confirmed it was not a problem, and then failed to lift the stains. They are very friendly. I’ve always tipped because they are nice and at least attempted to communicate why they failed to get the stains up. I believe the customer service and booking experience is 5-star, however, the results have been unimpressive on two separate occasions now. My review of their actual work just boils down to me having a problem (stain on the carpet) and them communicating they can get it up but not being able to solve my problem.

The guys did a great job on our carpet. We had lots of food and drink spills around the dining table and they got the stains out. Everything looks great in the bedroom as well.

I was notified when they were 30min out. Arrived and set up promptly. Walked through the home with us and clarified what we wanted done. We made a couple of minor adjustments with our order with no problem. The amount was totaled and work begun. We were asked to review the first area cleaned for approval to continue. Our carpets looked fabulous and smelled fresh and clean. Work was continued professionally and progress was shared. We were really in need for our highly trafficked areas.

Pablo was extremely professional and prompt. He performed a thorough review of what was going on in my air ducts. He also explained the cleaning process and pricing prior to beginning any work. He provided before and after pictures as well as captured videos of the cleaning process in real time. Zerorez has a gem in Pablo and their professionalism and pricing overall are reasonable and affordable. You receive top quality at affordable prices. Thank you Pablo and Zerorez!

Zerorez also cleaned my carpets later on in the day. They recommended that air duct cleaning should occur first. I was thankful they were able to schedule both cleanings all in one day. My carpets are plush again and look like it was just installed. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to everyone. I will schedule them again when I need a thorough cleaning.

Zion my technician was great! Kind ,professional and made my 30 year old carpet look brand new! I would highly recommend zeroes,and ask for Zion if you’re in the Downtown Dallas area!

Scheduled the 3 rooms for $109 special. Ended up being over $300 due to the upsell for pet treatment which i would have been okay with if the cleaning had actually improved our high traffic area which was my main reason for wanting the carpets professionally cleaned. We have a Hoover steam vac that we use that does just as good a job maybe better. I convinced my husband that they would get better results. I was wrong. These are the after pics. We had no pet stains. This is just our High traffic area. I really liked the guy that did the service too he was great but just expected more. Took forever for the carpets to dry too. Overnight not the 3 hours we were told.

I had used Zerorez at my previous home and I was excited to use them again in my new home. They were able to come same day and did not rush to clean my home Erich is over 3000sq ft and did a great job. They were also amazing at removing stains that the previous owner left.

Kory! was ver professional, the carpet looks clean. Will definitely be recommending and using this company again. Already recommended this company to my daughter and she will be giving a call soon. We are also getting our ducts cleaned and will leave a review depending on the service.

Zerorez was recommended to us. We called for duct cleaning and dryer cleaning. The job was amazing. Our technician did a really good job and totally cleaned up after he was done. Pricing was good for 2050 sq ft home. We'll call them back for sure. I do recommend Zerorez.

The 4.8 star review must be fake. Read the negative reviews. Most of them seem accurate. My experience was similar to others: paid extra for urine stain removal, guy put full on hose on carpet (odd), stain did not come out, stain is actually larger than before. Called and was told would have to pay more for them to come back out. There are many other carpet cleaning companies. I'll be using one of them going forward and I recommend you do also.

(Just checked Yelp reviews which are always more accurate. Sure enough 2.3 stars. Much more accurate).

First time using zero Rez and first time having my grout cleaned in master bath. My technician did a great job- my grout looks white again not brown. Very satisfied with my results. Definitely would recommend.

This was my first time using Zerorez. The price was right, and I gave them a try. I think I got what I paid for. It’s a high traffic area and it is cleaner and brighter. It doesn’t look brand new. It was a short (30-45 min cleaning). Stains I pointed out in advance were cleaned up. Other lighter stains remained.

I moved here from Chicago and my carpet cleaners there did a second vacuum, put wax paper under my dresser legs, took a couple hours, and my carpets always looked brand new - even in the highest traffic areas. Price per sq ft was comparable to what I paid Zerorez.

Things I was surprised by (these might be regional differences):
- upsell offers on odor control that cost almost as much as the general cleaning because “lifting the stain might release odors”
- prompted to tip at the end of the service. I did tip; I think the tech worked for it
- having to sign off that I declined odor control (FYI- there were no noticeable odors after the cleaning)

Note: I’m giving 4 stars based on my experience with other carpet cleaners. I would prefer to give 3.5 stars but that’s not an option.

My technician was friendly, communicated well, and did bring me upstairs to see the final result. Unfortunately while the carpet is damp, the carpet is darker and it was hard to see some stains remained. I could not see this until the carpets were fully dry.

The first two pictures are before and the second set is after. For a $99 deal, it’s fine. Surface dirt and the most noticeable stains were removed. However next time I’d like a deeper clean and might try another company.
