I had just bought a brand new custom sectional, and my dog peed on it 2 weeks after it was delivered. I had tried all the home remedies to get the smell out, but nothing was working. My friend recommended Sierra Steam, so I called them immediately and made an appointment the next day. George was punctual, friendly, professional and knowledgable. He showed up on time and you would never know there was urine on my couch now. He also cleaned one of my rugs and my outdoor chairs, and they look brand new! I would recommend Sierra Steam to anybody... you won't regret working with George!

George is very good at what he does. His equipment is top notch. He doesn't cut corners. This company goes above and beyond what most carpet cleaning companies do. We had him steam clean carpets and add protectant before moving into our new home. He also cleaned and added protectant to a couch. He was able to get some stains out of the carpet and was able to work with with a cumbersome platform in our media room. Very friendly and helpful, we will definitely use him in the future.

Sierra Steam Carpet Cleaning did a really nice job on our carpet, entry and hall rugs, and all the tile floor in the house. George Sierra came out and cleaned everything from the master closet to the dining room really conscientiously, and my wife and I think the price was very fair. We will definitely use Sierra Steam the next time we need to do a comprehensive Spring cleaning. Really nice and soft-spoken gentleman.
