George came and cleaned our living room carpet on short notice. He did an excellent job. The carpet is old but looks so much better. We are very pleased.

I totally recommend Sierra Steam Carpet Cleaning. I had him come for my stairs, and with previous owners and their pets, the carpet was disgusting!! When he was done, it was like brand new and my Condo was smelling fantastic! Great job and great price!

My daughter has used Sierra Steam for a few years so I decided to give them a try. I couldn’t be happier with the results! It was a longer process than I have typically experienced, but it shows in the results! He also cleaned my white dining chairs upholstery and it looks like new! Highly recommend.

Have used George for a few years now. He is punctual, professional and fair. He is a very personable gentleman and works to make sure we are pleased. He did our carpet and tile in a 2400 sq ft home for $600. It took five arduous hours. He does quality work.

Overall experience with Sierra Steam was great, George did upholestry cleaning for my sectional u-shape 3 piece for $190 & my husband thought it was a very reasonable price due to our couches being a mess lol but George made them look new again. I’m so happy with the outcome!! He was punctual, ready to get the work done I did notice he goes the extra mile and shows pride in his work. I’m very happy with the outcome, I will for sure use his services in the future and recommend him to anyone that I know. Keep doing what you’re doing George!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A COMPANY IN MY LIFE!!!!!!

Very unprofessional - Spoke with a Gina and she was decent but I called back several times, left a message and no one returned my calls. So after days later I tried again left another message explaining how I didn't feel comfortable or secure with this company anymore because no one would return any of my calls. NOT TO MENTION LIKE A FOOL I HAD ALREADY MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND HAD GIVEN THEM MY CREDIT CARD INFO. So after leaving that message I called one last time and got a Monica, the rudest most unprofessional customer service agent I've ever dealt with. She called me Ghetto Fabulous because I demanded to speak with a manager...lol She told me she was going to cancel my appt because they don't want customers like me who are overly concerned about their credit card information. Those were the craziest words I've ever heard a representative say to me. I URGE YOU TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY. After the call was over she kept texting me idiotic messages saying I needed GOD because I cursed her out. I guess she needed some sort of paper trail or in this case text trail to lie to her boss about. I don't know but I had to block the company's phone number because she would not stop texting me...

If someone from Cowboys Cleaning is reading this please hire more professional people to answer your phones because in the customer service industry - the customer is always right. You might be in business now but you won't be for much longer with those type of employees. You were going to receive a plethora of business. Oh well!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I asked for a move out clean for $250. The only thing that I could tell was done when I returned was the fridge was clean. I tried to speak with the company and they were completely unprofessional and extremely rude. I put a stop payment on the check that I had left at the house because the services were not completed. Tina then charged my credit card. I disputed the charge and we settled on $50 payment. Five months later out of the blue, she charges my card another $250. This time when I disputed the charge she showed my credit card company a credit card authorization form where she had FORGED my signature. How this woman is not in jail is beyond me.

I bought Groupon voucher for three cleaning appointments. After I have done my first cleaning, they said that the rest of the voucher has to be used every two weeks after that. The only thing that the voucher mentioned is that the voucher is good for six months. They started this whole crap where it has been their policies for the past year and stuff like that. I showed them the coupon picture and they stopped replying to my call or email. Now, they said that they would no longer accept the groupon and told me to make a refund to groupon.

This is an example of a corporate greed. They don't have any ethical values that will make people want to come back. The cleaning lady from my first appointment even told me to call her directly next time because they don't pay her well enough. I feel so bad that I did not get her phone number because I thought that I still had my coupons. Just stay away from this business. The cleaners were the best but the management was so bad.

decided to look into cleaning services. A friend of mine recommended Cowboys Cleaning I gave it a shot and now they are coming to my house every other week. They do a great job!!! I look forward to Thursdays.. my new favorite day. They are a little expensive but its worth the time I would be spending. They normally do not come out this far but i know they are willing to exceptions for referrals. God bless them!!!
