This cleaning company is amazing. Called and got service the next day. The service was on on time and very customer service oriented. They made it extremelly easy for me, I just left my key with them and returned to a thoroughly spotless house when I got off of work-no better feeling!! I was very very pleased with the service. Also priced very fair. I highly recommend them. I will be a returning customer guaranteed.

I ordered for the deep cleaning of 300$
They didnt mop the floor properly the washable paints are every where!!! They didnt cleaned the doors properly. And they removed the rugs and mopped the floor!! If i ask they were saying i should mention every thing!! if i mention every thing what they will do !! They didnt changed the Bed skirt too!! And they took our house pictures with out our knowledge!! The worst cleaners that i came across!! I never recommend them...

I was seriously impressed with how fast they were and their attention to detail. I live in Uptown Dallas. Maid & cleaning services can be expensive in this area, but I did some checking around and found Cowboys Cleaning from a friend's advice. They were reasonable and did a great job. I don't think I've ever had so many clean clothes at one time. I'd suggest if you live in Dallas, Irving, or Las Colinas check them out.

The absolute WORST cleaning services have ever had and I have had at least 10-15 regular services in my lifetime. We asked for a move-in cleaning which is quite pricey but we were okay paying for a good service. They sent four people and a manager to clean. The house was empty and already clean but we expected a full detail. They said that is what they do. After they were done it looked like NO ONE HAD DONE ANY CLEANING. There was still dust everywhere and bathrooms looked the same. Also the shower rod in the bathroom had fallen down and no one even notified us if this until we saw it ourselves. We sent pictures of the shoddy work and they tried to send someone the next morning at 6.30 AM to clean again but we were woken up with several text messages saying she couldn't get in and the code didn't work. How did the code not work when they just used it yesterday to lock up?

Also they were in such a rush to charge my card on file when I asked repeatedly for them to wait bc I wanted to give another card but was at work and didn't have time to fill out the form during the day. Now I know why they were rushing to charge the card - I am sure they knew we would be severely disappointed with their service.

I asked them to refund the $300 charge but they refuse. It literally looked like the cleaners spent no more than 20 mins there. And now movers are here and house is not clean. What a disaster. I would highly recommend STAYING AWAY from this company.

The staff does an excellent job cleaning the office, but also at the same time not interrupting the the overall office operations. They are on time, polite and courteous. If there are special requests or projects we need done, we are able to arrange a specialized service. I would definitely recommend the service to anyone.

My condo is cleaned monthly and may not be the easiest. I have accumulated a lot of paper and am generally messy except for dishes, trash and bed making. They work around my paper piles (mostly work) and have never complained.

My office had been using Jani-King for over 3 yrs with service always getting worse and never really impressed with the end result. Cowboys Cleaning however has really picked up the pieces and taken good care of our dental office. I would highly recommend them. Outsourced work of any kind can lead to dissatisfaction and we no longer need to worry about that. Our office is taken care of now by a truly caring team member. I have used several different services and for many years had an individual clean for me, and Cowboys Cleaning is the best I have ever used. They are thorough, they deal well with clutter, they are fast, they don't have a problem when I have called with a few suggestions and requests, and I couldn't be happier. I did have to ask them to remember to keep the commode lids closed as I have dogs who will drink out of the toilet on occasion. Since i asked, they have been careful. I know it isn't easy to clean a house with as much dog traffic and dog hair as I have, but every time I come home on a day they have cleaned I feel a profound sense of peace and calm from a clean house and careful attention to detail. Do not choose Cowboys Cleaning for your cleaning services under any condition. They are a dishonest small business with very poor quality and customer service. They clean the home with old, re-used rags that transfers dust from place to place. They do not have any attention to detail. They charge outrageous rates for their services. The worst part is the fact that they are posting fake Google reviews.

Their company is affiliated with someone named Tina Patel who is either the manager or owner. She fields all calls and e-mails but uses many aliases when dealing with customers. On the day of my cleaning, a truck was parked outside with a sign that said Cowboys Cleaning. When I researched Dust Bunnies and Cowboys Cleaning, I found suspicious online Google reviews.

Both companies contain reviews by people with the same names who write glowing reviews and post stock photos of bedrooms. I fear that many clients and consumers are getting misled by this false advertising through Google. These same people with stock photos have written for other companies named Maid Masters, North Arlington Mixed Martial Arts and Boxing, Absolute Fitness MMA and Personal Training, Elite Cleaning of Frisco, All Star Maids. All of the users have a circular stock photo and review the exact same companies. They also provide a square photo of a room and these photos re-appear in many reviews.

Bri and the team at Cowboys Cleaning have been really great! They do a great job and use excellent cleaning materials. They have always worked with me on scheduling and timing to exactly what I need. Highly recommended!

100% satisfactory experience with the crew. They respond fast, follow-up thoroughly, and did a superb job cleaning the tile floors of my retail store.

I just recently had my apartment cleaned and while overall I was satisfied with the service - there were a few areas that didn't appear to get touched. I received the deep clean and the coffee table, vase on coffee table (when I specifically asked Tina if she cleaned it she said yes) or the entertainment center were not dusted. I would think this would be part of the basic clean in addition to the deep clean. There were also other areas that could use a final wipe down (kitchen). I understand that I have dog hair and maybe my expectations were too high but don't slight me on basic services.

I have been informed that the owner will contact me to resolve my concerns. I am hoping to report back a 100% satisfied customer!

Never heard back from the owner. Unpleasant customer service to say the least. I would not recommend this cleaning service based on the customer interaction with leadership.. The workers were pleasant and you could tell that they worked hard which was the best part by far!

Monica, Maria, and their team was absolutely amazing. From the time they arrived, the started immediately and when I came back, I fell in love with my place. Everything was dusted, my carpet looked brand new, dishes clean, bed made, bathroom… you name it, it was clean. Please use them, I plan to call them for general cleans and seasonal deep cleanings.

I paid more than $400 for the deep cleaning, I found spots on the showers doors. I found toys under the beds, and they often was not touch. They told me they will clean the countertops in the kitchen and vacuum, and I thought that was just a general cleaning that even I could do myself. But I decide to give them a chance…not recommend. I’m writing this review because I think it’s very expensive and I wanna let other people know that is not worth it.

I am not sure if they even deserve 1 out of 5 stars, I would give them an absolute zero if I can as I am not satisfied with their service, customer care or professionalism. I have hired them to clean my house for deep cleaning and their crew arrived late to the site and then instead of doing deep cleaning they haven't done even regular cleaning well and we have to do our bathrooms kitchen and multiple windows ourselves. Also, they have charged extra for their crew additional time without our agreement so I would not suggest to give them any payment information as they will rip you guys off. I would not suggest anyone to use their service as they are really not worth it, use anyone else but them.

After I returned to work after our second child was recently born, I came to the realization that I needed help keeping the house clean!! So I looked all over the web to find a service near us, called a few places, but after talking to the owner of Cowboys Cleaning, I decided to give them a try & I was not disappointed!! She was willing to work with me to create a cleaning plan that got everything done that I needed, which most places would not do (dishes, laundry, organizing, plus cleaning). I've now had my first cleaning, and I was very impressed!! They organized my entire house, from kids toys to important papers and it really helped us a lot. Plus, they cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms really well. I will be continuing with their service and looking forward to the next time!!

We hired Cowboys Cleaning for post construction cleaning after Tornado. They were very flexible and able to fit me in quickly. Since I am currently not living close to my house, I was unable to inspect their work while they were there. The owner was very accommodating and sent one of her workers back to redo a small area of the house for me for no extra charge. They did a great job with the cleaning, and it was reasonably priced! I would recommend them and also use them again.

Cowboys cleaners does a great job and saved us money vs our previous cleaners. They are on time and communicate before every appointment. I’d highly recommend them.

I first used Cowboys Cleaning when I had surgery and not allowed to do much. I hired them on a more regular basis when I was working long hours and weekends. I have been using them for at least 5 years and will continue to do so. Maria is the best and I am always happy to see her when she is part of the crew.

I had made some special requests when I booked the appointment with the manager and she had her staff review it with me to confirm the details... I was in shock how perfect the instructions were explained back to me. This company truly cares for their customers and their staff has genuine concern about making sure they do their job perfectly. I don't need to look for another company. I got on there schedule to have my home clean twice a month. I was a bit concerned initially when I booked the appointment after reading the most recent review but I am so glad I made the decision to go ahead and use Cowboys Cleaning anyway. This was my first cleaning with them and I am extremely satisfied customer. If you are a new customer looking for a great cleaning company, you don't need to waste time looking anywhere else.
