The air duct services did not initially advise that it’s only for loose dust in the air vents. Typical services include taping off vents throughout the house and using a strong blower to push the dust out and another to pull the dust out to ensure clean vents. Additionally the dryer vent cleaning left my laundry room dusty as all the lint was pulled into the house without and kind of suction to limit the dust. The services should be up front prior to booking advising of the level of clean to expect.

Disappointed! I had a tech come out and hook up a machine to one vent and told me that dust was being sucked out and a sanitizer anti microbial solution applied. Hours after the tech left the air didn't seem fresher. This was on 5/7. On 5/10 I had another company come out and there's a pile of dust in my vents. Nothing was removed. I paint over $500 for this service for nothing to be resolved and I am spending more money again. I need a refund as this is unacceptable and if I had relied on the work being done my family would still have issues with their allergies. Not pleased.

The system has never been cleaned. Bryan was very professional and explained the problems with pictures. We really liked his attitude and introduced him to my neighbor next door. They may decide to have the same services for their house.

I cannot say enough about Brian and his professional attitude and his ability to do what 5 ones before him couldn’t do. He came in with a determination to get our fireplace repaired. He approached the problem at hand, explained what was wrong, and stayed with it until it was working properly. Brian is a true asset to your company.

We had a couple of scheduling conflicts but no big deal. The tech Brian was very knowledgeable and professional. He also alerted me to the fact that our builder never installed the special filter required in the HVAC unit itself. This is why we were always getting so much pet hair and dust in our house. I’m happy with the service I received and will use them again.
