I had what I thought would be an ordinary air duct service today 3-10-24. Of course, I have never had this done in all the years that I have lived in my home and didn’t know what to expect. Today I got “Expert” service from Jeff Pena. He was very thorough, explained everything in detail and did a complete air duct cleaning - 20 yrs worth of dust and junk in all the ducts are finally removed from my home. I enjoyed having Jeff as my tech. If you just need maintenance, or you need a complete cleaning, my recommendation will be with On Time Home Experts, and Jeff Pena as your technician. I am very pleased and excited to see the difference. It is going to make in the air quality of my home for myself and my family. Thank you.

Hired for chimney cleaning and inspection.
They had promo of $69, but upon arriving said that they would clean only upto 9’ height, not full chimney and my house is just just one storey, not even 2 storey. Also, they did not mention it when I asked details of what is included and mode of payment before scheduling them.

The worst part, they did not use proper covers and preventive measures to prevent dust. Now there are fine black dust all over my house. Even in my baby’s bottles and kitchen utensils. Have to throw away all the food and fruits on countertop and clean and vacuum all house ceiling to floor, wipe and clean every table, desk, countertops, window sill, kids toys and everything.

Jose was my technician today and did an excellent job. He explained everything along the way. Ive had 2 previous technicians out from other companies since moving in and was very disappointed both times. Jose was great and I highly recommend him and On Time Experts.

Wonderful service and Issac was great! Affordable, relatively quick, and excellent results. If you need your air ducts or dryer vent cleaned, they should be your first call.

We used on Time Home Experts for our carpet cleaning service. Our technicians name was Julian Avila out of the Mansfield office, and he was truly amazing. He had great customer service, in depth product knowledge, and took the time to explain each of the services that were offered that aligned with what we were wanting as the end goal. He made sure I understood what each product did and why they were necessary for what I was wanting. Super polite, patient, understanding, and detail oriented. Ultimately this man a great promotional advantage and an asset to your company due to the fact that he goes above and beyond in the customer service department. I uploaded pictures of his work, please keep in mind these were taken several hours later, and after some foot traffic.
