On Time Home Experts are 2024’s version of what I expect customers service was like in the 1950’s. I called a year after buying a home and paying for a deep cleaning. I had an issue that turned out to be unrelated to the work OTHE had done the previous year! The manager was halfway across the world dealing with problems far bigger than checking out my air ducts AND STILL called and personally made sure my wife and I were taken care of. I’d give 10 stars if Google would let me. Do yourself a favor and give these guys a shot! You won’t be disappointed!

Brian explained everything to us in great detail before starting the work. He answered all of our questions and was very meticulous. He did a very thorough job at checking and cleaning our supply vents, return boxes, ducts and dryer vent. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to clean their vents. He is also very friendly and gyides you well.

Call on Time home experts in Irving to clean my dryer vent and they were excellent from start to finish. The technician explained the whole process and gave me some tips on maintenance. My dryer is working better than ever.

Amazing Work! Carlos was such an honest and hardworking guy. That's very rare nowadays! I called On Time Home Experts as a second opinion and I'm so glad I did!! Another company lied to me and was trying to have me pay $1,600 for things that weren't really wrong with my AC unit. Carlos came and right off the bat showed me with pictures how much the guy lied to me. I can't speak highly enough of Carlos. He worked so hard and stayed until he finished the job. He was super friendly and very caring towards me and my family. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I will definitely be calling for Carlos with any future services!!!

Ariel was our technician and what a gem! Very knowledgeable and personable young man. Not many folks are familiar with our type of fireplace but he was!!! We would HIGHLY recommend him!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. The company advertised a $99 service, included cleaning all vents. However, the technician informed me that the $99 only covered connecting his machine to one vent to extract loose dust. He then quoted me $1,400 for a full duct cleaning.
I am deeply frustrated that the company's initial advertising was misleading and lacked transparency regarding the true cost of duct cleaning. This appears to be a deliberate attempt to lure customers in with a low price and then significantly inflate the charges once the technician is on-site.
To add insult to injury, the technician charged me an additional $120 to clean just the return duct. Furthermore, the invoice included an unexpected "service fee" on top of taxes and other charges, which I consider to be a deceptive practice.
I am extremely unhappy with my experience and will not recommend this company to anyone due to their misleading advertising and unfair pricing."

Joe is the person who did the cleaning at my house, he is very helpful and gave all the minute detail as well. He has all the right tools to do his job

I recently hired an all-time home express to clean my air, ducts and chimney, and I couldn’t be any more pleased. The crew was arrived exactly on time and we were friendly and professional. They took the time to answer all my question and show me some before and after pictures, which were impressive thank you again for all the hard work.

they were very understanding when i needed a new dryer vent install. my old one was not functioning properly. they are indeed the most understanding and very considerate. they were able to get my dryer vent installed the same week

I was pleasantly surprised at the thoroughness and transparency of the inspection and the professionalism and respect provided by Tom. He was also very attentive to ensure the area where the work was performed was left cleaner than before he showed up. I told him I would haul away all the soot but he insisted on taking it with him. Great experience!
