We ordered some burner parts for our direct contact water heater as they are the distributor for Power Flame. I asked for them to be rushed from the manufacturer. Every time we call to get an update on the eta of the parts, we never hear back from them. Going on 2.5 weeks now. We were told they would ship yesterday.... Not sure of what the status is. I'll update this review after parts arrive.

We received the parts we ordered and the rep that helped us was very patient polite and knowledgeable. Will use them again!!!!

Girl at reception was not receptive. Worse than speaking to a robot.

Truck ran a red light and pulled out into oncoming traffic. Truck 155

Mark Meyer asked us at last minute to cater for 8 people a few weeks ago, at last minute. Even calling at 7 am that morning and even wanted it delivered. We made it happen and now is avoiding paying for services rendered. Calls and emails are not being answered. Not good for your business with employees who beg at last minute and then not Paying.
This will be 1 of several bad reviews of bad business until this is resolved.
